One of the worst experience I've had in a nail shop of all time, I asked 3 times what I wanted and if this service is something they have, not only was I rudely rejected by the staff, I was also threatened by the staff that she would call the security and kick me out of the mall if I took their picture... I am a free human being, threatening people like that makes you look so small. I have to add they used to be really good, I don't not what happened now but something must change. My husband and I made an appointment for pedicures and they were AWESOME! The staff is very friendly. The products they used are organic. They took their time and did not rush. My legs and feet were massaged for 15 minutes. Would highly recommend the diamond pedi!!!! Prices are on point. Will definitely be going back. Read Less

Horrible! Gel polish removal, strengthening "treatment" and eye brow wax. Eyebrow wax=horrible. She put wax on the strip then the strip on my eyes (idk what that does for shape?) Gel Polish removal = unbelievably AWEFUL. She soaked them then SCRAPED AND BUFFED beyond belief. Strengthening "treatment" =not even. One coat of TEKII. BUT she started putting the strengthened on top of my nail that still had random polish on it due to the horrible removal. Like a lot was on there.... So she acted annoyed and took it off THEN there was literally a TON (couldn't miss it) of cotton sticking to the non-smooth filing job she did. But instead of pulling it off, she painted it back. So I have cotton under my strengthener. (I even showed her the cotton and picked some off while she was doing it. AND I walked out of there with dark dirt/polish residue under my nails. And peeling. Usually like this place, but did not take all my blue nail polish off, and said it wouldn't come off. I asked for nail polish remover and did it myself. Lady spoke no English, had no idea what I was saying. Girlfriend that also got a pedi, dug at her big toe and contiued to hurt her after she told her it hurt... not impressed. I used to visit Castle Nail very frequently, but after my experience today I will not be back! I went for a fill on my gel acrylic nails and waited 35 minutes to be helped after watching several employees sit in the back and then eat. Once I did get called back I ended up leaving with 6 fingers bleeding and polish all over my cuticles, which had open wounds I received there. Once my nails were dried, I proceeded to pay for them and was offered no discount of any sort and was told it was not possible due to no manager on duty. This seems to be a common issue based off of recent reviews and I hope it will be fixed for future customers. Read Less

I went to get a French manicure. The final coat bubbled like it was champagne on my entire left hand. I paid and brought it to their attention. This was my first time here and I loved it. They had plenty of people working so I didn't have to wait. They offered me water-which many places in town don't offer. The classic pedicure included a hot stone massage and a scrub but it was the same price as a standard pedicure I've had at other places. I also chose regular polish on my feet but a gel manicure and the guy assured me I could choose any gel polish I wanted and he would have a match for my feet. I have never been so impressed with a manicurists attention to detail and desire to make the costumer happy.
