Terrible experience, booked an appointment 2 days in advance and arrived on time, wasn’t addressed until after I had been waiting for 20 mins, then had to wait a further 20 mins to be started on. Was then there for a further 2 hours whilst they took and completed at least 3 sets of walk ins, leaving me to wait part way through my treatment. Had to sit and wait for 20 mins at a time whilst being tossed around every lady working and then my end result was uneven and average. Would not recommend Read Less

My friends and I booked an appointment 2 days in advance. When we got to the salon (on time for our booking) we had to sit and wait for at least 15minuets before being asked anything at all. We then were bounced between different workers, over the space of 2 and a half hours while the were taking walk in clients, leaving us half done each time to go serve someone else. I don’t know if this was because my group was 17-18 years old and they didn’t take us seriously or what the case was but it simply was not good enough. Would not recommend Read Less
