I had one of the worst hair salon experiences in my life here. The hairdresser had no regard for the style I had in mind, and even had the nerve to tell her trainee that she simply cuts her customer’s hair as she wants, regardless of the style they have in mind while cutting my hair. Afterwards, I saw my hair and realised there were strands that were cut waaay to short that were sticking up, and uncut strands that were much longer than the rest. Went here to get a shellac manicure, for $40 i was expecting a generally good service but i was sadly disappointed. The salon was empty but the lady seemed like she was in such a rush and i was left with a painful experience even bringing me to the point to say OUCH as she was ripping my skin around the nails off. As she finished the shellac she proceeded to put moisturiser on my hands and i was at least expecting some sort of hand massage for an actual "$40 manicure" but she... just rubbed on the lotion and said "done" leaving me to say... "is that it?" she ignored me and went to the back of the store to go on Facebook or text. My Friend received a pedicure at the same time as i did and is now complaining of an infection so bad she can't sleep. Emmy is definitely the best eyelash technician I've had! She's very profession and very knowledgeable in her field, and will give you honest advice about what type of lashes, length, curl etc. to go for depending on what look you want to go for. Emmy is also a very lovely, friendly person who is easy to chat to. She's also very quick but so accurate, so she's definitely the lady to go to if you're in a hurry or only have a short lunch break! Even my friends have previously commented on how good my lashes look when Emmy has applied them compared to other technicians I've had previously, plus the lashes seem to last longer than when other technicians have applied them! I've had so many strangers stop to tell me how lucky I am to have such amazing eyelashes and they've all been so shocked when I've told them that they are actually eyelash extensions!
