Sammie Nicole Nails is the best nail salon I have been to. Their products they use are of the highest quality and all the ladies there are very creative and skillful. Nearly a week and not a chip in sight they are still beautiful and shiny even after a hard weekend cleaning. Thank you very much will definitely be coming back and telling everyone :)

Courtney is the absolute best. These girls are totally amazing, always super friendly and generous with their time. I always look forward to going in for my me time. When you book an appointment and tell them exactly what you want they go out of their way to deliver. I would not go anywhere else.

This place provided very poor customer service. Not only did they make me wait an hour for my booked appointment but then told me that what I wanted done will take half an hour longer so completely refused to do anything. They spent the additional hour on the lady before me and she got the service she wanted.
As a courtesy they could have offered to do something for making me wait so long. But nothing at all. I sat there for over an hour waiting and came back with no service provided.
Very bad customer service and complete waste of my day.
To the owner
I understand the reviews are damaging. Small businesses rely on customer service and wasting someone’s time and then offering nothing in return, how is that ok? And I was booked in for a specific time with a person different to the one with my sister so your explanation doesn’t make sense.

I book three appointments in advance to get my preferred time... that's how committed I am to never returning to a bulk chain!

First experience with Sammie & her team last night, it certainly won't be my last. I LOVE my gorgeous deep purple gel nails with paua effect foil. Courtney you did a great job see you again in a couple of weeks. Sammie's salon has a Great atmosphere, complimented by gorgeous decor. She only stocks quality product. She has fantastic knowledge & a high level of honesty about her abilities.

Sammie Nicole Nails is the best nail salon I have been to. Their products they use are of the highest quality and all the ladies there are very creative and skillful. This place provided very poor customer service. Not only did they make me wait an hour for my booked appointment but then told me that what I wanted done will take half an hour longer so completely refused to do anything. First experience with Sammie & her team last night, it certainly won't be my last. I LOVE my gorgeous deep purple gel nails with paua effect foil.
