Not a very friendly place to go to. Walked in at 10am with a friend and her daughter and one of the staff asked what we wanted done then got us to pay. We than had to wait atleast 20 minutes to be attended. During the manicure and padicure, we all had to wait for the staff to complete one persons filing and shaping them she would move on to the next with the third person just sitting and waiting. There were only 4 staff on Saturday. The staff were all very rude and speaking in their own language and one of them was very rough while cutting off the access nails and cut into my skin. I screamed out really loud but she just acted like nothing happened and carried on. No apologies whatsoever. My toe was left bleeding. I can’t believe some of the staff employed don’t even speak English. I have been to the new Lynn branch and they are equally awful. Should have known these guys wouldn’t be any different. Just really poor service overall. Won’t be going back again. Read Less

I am now left with one pink nail with no french tip...while the rest look great (the rest were done at the silvia park locatuon). Rude and short tempered! Have uploaded a photo. Read Less

I don't normally get my nails done professionally, but my friend was getting married, and I thought it was my bridesmaid duty to get a nice manicure. This was NOT a nice manicure. Not only did I feel dizzy from the fumes, but the manicurist hurt me several times while cutting cuticles. This totally screwed up my nails for weeks to come. They were constantly splitting and bleeding, which I'd never suffered in my life until after this treatment. It's a good thing they were alright on the wedding day, or I would've returned for my money back.If I was going to recommend a nail torture chamber, I'd say this is the place. Read Less

It's the lure of convenience that drew me into this branch of ProfessioNAIL. It's right in my local mall and I dreamed of how handy it would be to have a local nail salon I could rely on. The first couple of times I visited I got a regular shape and polish, and they went fine. They weren't outstanding, but they were okay. So I went back again for Shellac. Oh-oh. It didn't go so well. The method of removing the Shellac I already had on was dodgy - I had each nail dunked in a massive bowl of nail polish remover. it was as nasty and smelly as you can imagine, and not nice on the skin. Then, near the end of the treatment, I pointed out to the manicurist that one of my nails had a big lump on it. It wasn't really a problem, I just wanted it fixed, but she decided to argue the point that the lump was in fact my own nail. Really? There's a notice on the wall of this ProfessioaNAIL branch advising that all complaints should be directed to the manager. Not a good sign, if you'll forgive the pun. Read Less
