Nails and eyelashes extension are so nice and quality. Really enjoyed my experience here. They took their time and made sure the results were good. Will be coming back!

Great service! I've been coming here for as long as I can remember and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Lashes, Brows, pedicure and nails. There's a lovely nail technician there who is the only one who can give me exactly what I want. The lovely lady who does my Lashes knows exactly what I want and I don't have to tell her. She also takes care of my Brows too and she does a great job with it ! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

WORST NAIL SERVICE!
in my four years of getting my nails done after having none over lockdown i decided to go here. i assumed that paying $70 on normal nails would get me great service and beautiful nails. when they went to do the length i asked for only a bit cut off but then they said $10 extra, after i spoke up about it they brushed it off and made me uncomfortable. i had already paid at this point and everyone was staring at me so i decided to deal with it. this lady has been drilling all of the acrylic on and underneath for the past 20 minutes trying to cover up the shitty job she has done. would not recommend: apparently you get what u you pay for but i just paid for overpriced nails, shitty service and an overall uncomfortable experience

Wanting to keep my business local I visited Vina Nail Studio with my mother & 5 year old daughter so we could all get our nails done together. I booked in for the three of us (mum to have a manicure & me and my daughter to have pedicures). Thankfully my Mum (who suffers from dementia) was seen almost straight away and I have to say the ladies do look after her well. But it wasn't until 40 minutes after we arrived that I was seen. I had wanted a full spa pedicure but given the delay went only for painting my toes instead. It was meant to be a treat for my daughter on the last day of school holidays so i was disappointed that, despite booking, it took so long for anything to be done. Having said that they did do a good job of painting my nails and the new location is lovely but in future I will be taking our business somewhere that doesn't leave us waiting.

Went to Vina today , used to go there very regularly for years but have not been in awhile . New owners since I last went ... anyways went in and within the first 5 mins she had nipped my toe . I said...
Went to Vina today , used to go there very regularly for years but have not been in awhile . New owners since I last went ... anyways went in and within the first 5 mins she had nipped my toe . I said ouch and then she goes again cut the side of my toe i pulled away from the technician and advised her that it hurt - her reply it's ok it happens sometimes ? She wrapped my toe in tinfoil and carried on .
I complained to the manager who seemed to be very blazay about it and I said I was not keen to pay . He discounted the service which was terrible anyway .
Will never return to this nail shop again , service was terrible and they didn't really seem to care that they had cut my toe open .

Great service! I've been coming here for as long as I can remember and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Lashes, Brows, pedicure and nails. There's a lovely nail technician there who is the only one who can give me exactly what I want. The lovely lady who does my Lashes knows exactly what I want and I don't have to tell her.
