Worst place ever!! Went to get my nails done here and i asked the lady if i could get almond shaped acrylic, instead i ended up with triangle shaped nails which I absolutely hated, asked if there was any way to get them removed as i was not leaving shop with my nails like this and they said i had to pay extra $25, i left the shop unhappy with nails i did not want but specifically asked for before she started working and paid full price for something i was not happy with

Love, love, love this place! The girls are all so friendly & welcoming. The experience is always a pleasure. The deluxe mani is my favourite treatment so far. Beautiful hand & forearm massage with gentle exfoliation, cream & oil. The girls always have done a beautiful job on my nails & I would definitely recommend them to anyone as I'm confident in their service & love showing off my nails after leaving their spa. If you want to be pampered & leave a salon feeling relaxed & full of confidence, this is the place for you.

The worst pedicure ever! When I got there they soaked my feet, she took a cuticle pusher and pushed back my cuticles, did not clean up under the toenails, pathetically scrubbed my foot, and my feet looked like all I had was a polish change. Please don't waste your time to go there!

Very poor service. Asked for something and walked away with something else, then the manage turns around and blames me for not being clear enough. Although my friend and I showed them photos of what we wanted. Very disappointed for the price I paid. Would NOT recommend this place

I really didn't enjoy this salon. My nails were cut far too short and were left rough instead of filed, cuticles were cut too short and rough skin left intact.

Love this nail bar! Staff are very friendly and attentive and I have had the best Shellac manicure here. It is worth paying a little bit more to come here rather than the mall nail bars as the quality...
Love this nail bar! Staff are very friendly and attentive and I have had the best Shellac manicure here. It is worth paying a little bit more to come here rather than the mall nail bars as the quality or their work is good and they do not rush their work.

I went to five star nails with my mum for a girly date. We wanted a manicure and a pedicure and got just that at five star nails. I enjoyed myself because they were playing a dvd of one of Shakira's performances. I wiggled in the seat a bit. The man who owns the nail place did my nails at first I was like oh no a man's doing it but it was the best pedi I have ever had. He was conversational and we got to talking about life in Auckland and so and so forth. After my pedicure he did my nails. I have been there a few more times because of the customer service.

I've visited here on two seperate occasions now and both times my friends and I were happy. One time I got some acrylic nails applied and then painted, another time my friends just got a nail manicure and polish.The staff are friendly and professional. There was a crazy and / or interesting retro music dvd playing on the TV when I got my nails done last - this was entertaining in an amusing way!There is a lot of OPI nail polishes to choose from and this place normally has some specials advertised on their window - they even do a student discount (I think it is 10% off but call to check).I was really impressed with my nails and also the cleanliness of this nail salon.

Very poor service. Asked for something and walked away with something else, then the manage turns around and blames me for not being clear enough. Although my friend and I showed them photos of what we wanted. Very disappointed for the price I paid. Would NOT recommend this place

I went to five star nails with my mum for a girly date. We wanted a manicure and a pedicure and got just that at five star nails. I enjoyed myself because they were playing a dvd of one of Shakira's performances. I wiggled in the seat a bit. The man who owns the nail place did my nails at first I was like oh no a man's doing it but it was the best pedi I have ever had. He was conversational and we got to talking about life in Auckland and so and so forth. After my pedicure he did my nails. I have been there a few more times because of the customer service.
