The first time I went it was very rushed and all my cuticles were cut up by the electric filer... After giving them the benefit of the doubt, knowing everyone makes mistakes. They did it all over again, shaped them terribly and left dents in the varnish. The manicure consists of removing your cuticles full stop, no oils or massage for that matter. Horrible service - made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. I got acrylic infills, and the lady doing my nails was horrendous. First she criticised the shape and the job already done on my nails, then she proceeds to filing the acrylic because I asked for them shorter. This hurt a lot and she was not considerate at all. When she was shaving the layers of acrylic down, she went so close to my cuticles which then began to bleed and become so sore. When it came to filing and buffing, she was so rough and cut the sides of my nails - this hurt for days and my fingers were numb. Lastly, I asked her if the polish I chose was sheer or opaque, and if it was sheer I would like to change it. She said it was not sheer, however after applying 3 coats of the polish you could still see my nail! It was very sheer and not what I wanted at all. Awful place, don't waste your time. I had a pedicure made there last week. They d 2 girls running around among customers, doing 3 at the same time; pedicure quality is way too low, they slightly touch you and most of the time you're just "enjoying" their massage armchair. At the end they didn't give enough time to dry polish, saying they're closing (appointment was at 5:15, they're closing at 6). Read Less

Have had my nails done here a number of times. Recently I had a manicure which chipped after two days. They advised me that manicures can last as little as one day and would not redo the nails. Really disappointed. Read Less

I love getting my nails done, it's one of those things that are relaxing if the nail technician is great and isn't rough.  I know one can do their nails at home but once in a while you need that perfect nail job and somebody else to do it.I went to eternity nails with my mum to get our nails done before a friends bridal shower.  I took a while picking the colour but the lady at the counter helped me by matching up the colours that would work for me. I ended up with the prettiest pink colour and nicely shaped nails. My mum kept hers nice and simple with a french tip manicure. Read Less
