Terrible experience. Took my 5 year old daughter for a mummy daughter pamper session and the staff treated her like a bug they didnt want to deal with. Even stoppin part way durin her pedicure to accept an (adult) client while leaving her in limbo. They then charged me an extra $15 because i asked them to allow my daughter to have her feet soak in warm water while she waited (it was a cold morning). Will NEVER go back

Went in today asked for french manicure $25 for manicure and extra $5 for french. Sat down and a trainee shaped and polished. 2 x other customers came in after me got gel manicure and both left before...
Went in today asked for french manicure $25 for manicure and extra $5 for french. Sat down and a trainee shaped and polished. 2 x other customers came in after me got gel manicure and both left before me. Explained to the other lady who came to do the french polish that I was there before the other 2 customers. A simple apology would have sufficed . She carried on with the polish but I was still not happy so I told her to finish the one hand. She said they dont do one hands so told her to take the white polish off. I complained again and she argued the fact. Meanwhile the customer is always right. Not in her case. Would have been better if she apologised but obviously I was not going to get that. She wanted to refund the $5 only but I said I didnt want it and left. Very very poor service after all the times I have been going there. Will no longer be recommending this place. Looks of previous reviews they are very very rude. The trainee was great though. She should train somewhere else.

Went there today with my sister and her lady was very nice and took her time, and the lady I first got was very lovely then she switched with another lady. The second lady I got to continue my arcrylic nails had big glasses on and long hair. When I asked if she could file my nail down some more, she got very angry at me. It took her 5 extra minutes to cut and file them down a bit more and she was so rough, that my nails are red and sore. My nails hurt when I put pressure on them because she was so vigorous.
She didn’t exactly do a bad job, however the customer service was very poor. I understand it could get annoying when people change there mind, but it is their job to make sure the customer gets what they want and has a good, safe service. She also cut my skin around my nail a few times because she was so vigorous with her filing.

I wanted SNS they proceeded to try and tell me that gel was better. I know for a fact from other people that get SNS that it is better. They did it for me in the end. When I left within an hr the top layer which was a gel as it had to be set by the UV light started to chip and peel. I went back to ask them to fix it. They were rude and started talking in Vietnamese in angry voices. Obvious that they were talking about me! They fixed it but now I got home and it is peeling AGAIN! Not happy as it I paid $60
My sister has been getting SNS for over a year in Wellington at four seasons and has never had an experience of it chipping.

I been having gel nails for over 25 years and today was the worst experience ever! (in fact I've never given public feedback in my life ... but people be warned! I asked the women prior to starting if they did 'Hard GEL' nails (not to be confused with gel polish) She assured me yes! (you pay extra for it too which is fine). Then out comes the powder! The women tried to tell me it was 'Gel powder'. Does she even know how stupid that sounds! Gel is a liquid!!!!!! Grrrr !!!! If its powder, its acrylic.!!! It comes in both pink and white! ACRYLIC !!!! END OF STORY! Don't try and fool me or others! She then poured the left over solution she'd been dipping the brush into, back into a big bottle to reuse. And the wipes were returned to their bottle! Disgusting and Dirty! You couldn't pay me to go back there! Customer service, so rude...don't get me started... GRRR!!! BIG FAT ZERO! ... PS It seems you have to give at least 1 star to be able to post!

Mark Anthony is hands down the best! I started seeing Mark this year after having the same stylist since I was 14 (we both moved to different states). Mark was very welcoming and listened to my ideas....
Mark Anthony is hands down the best! I started seeing Mark this year after having the same stylist since I was 14 (we both moved to different states). Mark was very welcoming and listened to my ideas. He gave me his suggestions to make my idea come to life even better! He is a perfectionist and it's a great thing! I am always 100% satisfied with my cut and color. I highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for a new stylist!

Got my gel nails done here yesterday arvo coz my mother in law gave me a voucher for this place. I felt like staff there don't make eye contact, talk in their own language the WHOLE time. And when I showed a particular nail art(two lines criss cross) I wanted the lady tried to rip me off by saying it'll be more than $5 each coz it's more intricate,of course I didn't agree and made sure that I was only charged $5. And to top it off... last night when folding the washing the nail with nail art on was chipped (Just 6 hours later). Won't be going there again for sure.

I recommended the place to two girlfriends as my mid week experience with mum was good. However, on a weekend there's too many customers and some people get the short stick. One of my friends got a half hr spa pedicure whereas the other two of us got quick 15 min express pedi or whatever it was. Then to top it off the job on my pedi was pretty poor, there was paint all of my toes. I could've done a better job. Even if they take half hour, scrubbing your foot and actually taking of the dead skin doesn't exist in this place. Won't be going back!!

Been Jernille Ballentine client for about 2 or 3 years now she's amazing stylist. I can walk into Posh Salon hair looking hot mess with extremely tangled hair and she can work a miracle with my hair. She is very talented when it comes to adding color. On 2 or 3 different occasion added color and my hair is still healthy & long not dry& damaged. Every time I leave Posh salon I'm extremely satisfied customer with soft and silky-smooth hair smells wonderful.

Kristen is the bomb dot com. Lol The salon itself is beautiful. Each station has everything the stylist needs to make you look amazing. No hiking to the back of the salon for a wash. Kristen Shelton had been my stylist before she went to Posh so the choice to go there was an easy one for me. She always takes her time. Not only is she an excellent colorist but a superb stylist as well. My hair is THICK and she is the first in years to be able to tame my mane. She cuts my husba...nds short thin hair as well and even with him she spends a substantial amount of time on making sure he heads out looking his best. I have referred friends, neighbors, co-workers and even strangers. All of which have reported back how much they loved her. To sum it all up her talent is amazing, personality stellar, customer service, well....lets just say you will feel as if you are an honored guest in her home. My only regret is not writing a review for her sooner. See More

Mark was very welcoming and listened to my ideas. He gave me his suggestions to make my idea come to life even better! He is a perfectionist and it's a great thing! Got my gel nails done here yesterday arvo coz my mother in law gave me a voucher for this place. I felt like staff there don't make eye contact, talk in their own language the WHOLE time.
