This place used to be wonderful, but now it has the feeling of a cheap nail bar in the mall. If you get a mani-pedi, they seat you in the massage chair at an awkward angle so they can reach your hands...
This place used to be wonderful, but now it has the feeling of a cheap nail bar in the mall. If you get a mani-pedi, they seat you in the massage chair at an awkward angle so they can reach your hands and have 2 people working on you at once. There is a bad vibe between the workers, the daughter of the owner is really lazy and doesn't want to do anything. She is rude to the other staff whenever her mother isn't there. It is not at all relaxing, and quite uncomfortable place to go which is sad because the building is lovely and it used to be my haven. The last two times I went, my feet did not feel at all smooth when I left which was very disappointing as having smooth feet is the reason I pay extra for the spa pedicure. I am now on the hunt for a new nail salon, and sadly wont return to Paradis and neither will my own mother who had a horrific experience the day before my wedding. Really sad

$25 to have my eye brows tweezers for 5 minutes. Couldn't even tell I'd had anything done...except my bank account $25 down from before I'd walked in.

I have been here twice now. Once with Naho and once with Samira for the same service of first time gel nails. Naho is a lovely lovely girl who completely looks after you and makes you feel relaxed and welcome. Samira however gave me a horrible service this week. She complained about me the entire time, my nails were too short, I wasn't happy enough or relaxed enough for her. Basically it sounded like she hates her job and it totally reflected in her work. Never have I been to...ld my nails are too short for a gel manicure, in fact every other beauty therapist I have been to even the cheap ones at the mall have never complained and just got on with the job at hand with no issue and definitely not getting it all over my skin. She kept complaining that it was my fault that she was getting it on my skin, when really it felt like she couldn't care less.... I still have a voucher remaining to go back but will only being seeing Naho from now on ! See More

I came here on Saturday with chipped and horrible nails due to a bad Shellac removal (by another salon) and saw Samira. She was lovely and completely understood my needs, she revitalised my nails and knew exactly how to fix them in a way that they would grow back healthy. Samira did a fantastic job! I didn't feel rushed and it actually felt like she genuinely cared. I highly recommend her and the rest of the team, their service is great!

The meticulous detailing and the quality of work is pristine! ive gotten my nails done more than a month ago and they are still flawless!!

I love this place .. I just moved to the are and decided to give this nail place a try and I love it!! The staff is very friendly and they all do such a good job especially when it comes to pedicures.

She was lovely and completely understood my needs, she revitalised my nails and knew exactly how to fix them in a way that they would grow back healthy. Samira did a fantastic job!
