The staff here is very friendly and amazing at what they do! I've only had to wait for a technician once out of the 10+ times I've gone (and it was only for about 20 minutes) and they made sure during my wait I was comfortable and had something I enjoyed to watch on tv. I have been to a few places locally and I find this one has been the best for me. I get the cured Shellac polish. Some of the colors start out brighter, the first day, than they will be. Usually by the next day, it has softened to the color that I picked and it will remain. It turns out beautifully every time. Mani lasts 3 weeks. Other places have taken away too much of my real nail when they remove for the next application. They are very careful and gentle. They also speak English pretty well, so if you like to chat, it's nice. They are very accommodating to walk-ins. Prices are competitive. TBH customer service was lovely But my Brazilian they insisted on doing hot was when I asked for strip wax and the area that they applied hot was was done badly they broke all the hairs so the became very fine and wouldn't come out all the way. So Two weeks from now I'll have to get it redone. I also have my eyebrows micro bladed and asked to have area around brow tidied She removed hair from tattooed area so now it is really obvious that my eyebrows are midcrobladed. I debated between a 4 and 5 Star review. The only reason I would have given them 4 stars is because we had to wait close to an hour but the staff was so apologetic and gracious about the wait I didn't really care. The salon was very comfortable and welcoming without being pretentious or gaudy and they did great work. I also liked that the staff allowed you to be quiet when you felt like it and engaging when you didn't--not making meaningless small talk. I'd definitely go back. Read Less

I'm in love with this place now. Go here they are amazing. Went in for a pedicure and a fill in. I was welcomed by smiles as soon as I walked in. They asked me what I was getting today and when I said pedicure they handed me a list of the pedicures they do. I selected my colors and they had me sit in one of the most amazing massage chairs ever! The man who greeted me went and got me a bottle of water and began asking me about my day. Really good place to get your nails done, really nice people very friendly staff, they close at 6pm usually but when i requested them they were more than happy to serve their amazing service. Had my nails done here, pedi and mani! They have an awesome colour selection and they are so sweet and kind, mornings and mon/tue/wed are pretty quiet and it's good pricing, my gel manicure was $40 for the more extensive version and it took less than an hour :) you can ring up or take a chance on a walk in on the quiet days Read Less

I've been to this salon two times now... The first time I wasn't the happiest.. The girl who gave me my manicure and pedicure didn't do the best job.. I told her I had gel on my nails and instead of taking it off properly by wrapping with foil, cotton ball, and acetone...she filed the tops of my nails until the were paper thin and down to nothing.. I had to ask her multiple times to wrap them properly. Finally I pulled my hand away and told her to stop. I demanded for her to not file them any more...at all. She then wrapped my nails properly.. Why she didn't do this in the first place is beyond me. Anyhow.. She had also done my pedicure previous to my manicure and botched the paint job. I asked her to fix them and she said she would after my manicure.. When I had told her to stop filing, she got up and left, and another girl took over. The second manicurist was honestly trying her best to make me happy. I really appreciated that, and I didn't leave the happiest, but I did feel a little better with the second girl..My second visit.. I was actually going to go to a different spot all together. However, this place is the most convenient, it IS the cheapest, and they give you a loyalty card that gives you $ off after so many visits.. So, I rolled the dice... Again.. Same lady as the first time. She remembered me too.. Yikes. She wasn't the most friendly, but she wrapped my nails properly and she did try harder I feel.. However she had to leave early bc of an appointment she had to make with her kid, so again someone else took over.. The second girl did a really good job, and I WAS happy with what the first girl did as well..Over all.. I will be back again. They are the cheapest, and I DO think they do a good job.. I don't know what this place is like for nails but I'd avoid getting a wax here at all costs. Most painful Brazilian wax I've ever had, the girl had no idea what she was doing. She wasn't applying any tension to the skin so was pretty much just ripping my skin up and had these baggy plastic gloves on which stuck to the wax, further exacerbating the pain. One of the best nail salons. The service is amazing and the quality is exceptional, each visit. They also have a lot of color options for regular and shellac mani/pedi/acrylics! They are very nice and they give out 10% coupons every now and then. Their prices are unbelievable too. I called in earlier and asked different nail salons how much for a nail polish change (regular) on acrylics and their prices beat the competitors. One of the best pedicures I have had in a long time! As you would expect for a Sunday, it was quiet with one other customer inside. I was seated in the first spa chair near the window, always my favorite spot. My nail lady was very nice, without all of the billion questions most technicians had with a new customer. She She asked my preferences, checked that the water was suitable and let me rest with the massage chair in motion for two minutes. She offered me tea or water she returned. The chair was new so it got out some knots and tension in my back. Yay!Most salon technicians will scrub the bottom of your feet, then massage both feet and legs with a scrub/lotion mix for maybe 30 seconds. This she did, but for at least five full minutes. She even massaged the toes!  She let my feet soak in the swirling warm water while she moved on to my manicure. Nothing overly spectacular, she did a perfect job. After she cleaned, shaped and massaged by hands she went back to my feet. Towel dried them then did a once over again on the nails, making certain all cuticles were perfect. She was very thorough!Anyway, enough about my toes. The salon is clean, organized and bright.  There is low level music on in the background. It is located on Dominion Road, so be warned about the street noise.
