Paid $33 to get my acrylics infilled and was all fine until she did my nail polish. The boss had told everyone to have lunch after their current client so the lady was too worried about getting to lunch than doing a proper job on my nails. Really bad service.i did my nails yesterday the nail polish came out.the lady was rushing alot and was acting rude when i asked for three coats of nail polish. And after started talking to other lady in their language.i just wasted my money there for nothing. This store is not a very good one. First of all the clients are very rude, secondly the nail are like 2 dollar store quality, and lastly the workers talk about the patients very poorly. The two workers (at 2.30pm, Monday March 12th) are very rude and not friendly. The words they said about us were not very nice and my friend could understand the language they were speaking in. Not only did they speak rudely about us, but also the elderly woman next to us, however the worker doing the elderly woman's pedicure was very professional and friendly. Paid for a pedicure.... it seemed she couldnt get me outta there fast enough! Asked for the massage chair to be moved back as it felt too far forward and she looked at me as if i swore at her. Then she got annoyed at me because i accidentally put water on the floor. If she actually asked me where to put my feet instead of just tapping my legs then maybe her floor wouldnt have got wet. I would give this place 0 stars. Please do not go to this place. I went there to get my gel nails removed because they were all lifted. She removed them by ripping them off. I asked if she can file it off and leave a very thin layer to protect my real nail (that's what you are supposed to do) but she got annoyed and said she can't because the filer is too rough and the gel is thin so it will feel very hot and sore. She didn't even bother to try because she could have used a filer that is more fine or soft. Now my real nails are so thin and you can see the top layer has been ripped off. These people either have not been properly trained to do artificial nails or they just don't give a damn. I've given this place a few tries. I will never go there again. Total "rip off". Read Less

Worst nail place I have ever been too. I wasn't as put off by their rude demeanour as I was by the staff not listening, and repeatedly attempting to rip off my nails instead of using acetone. After snapping my nail off they told me they couldn't remove my SNS and proceeded to shoo me out the door with a refund. Went to the nearest nail shop where they gave me a great service.
