Ken is a phenomenal artist. I have been going to him for two years and he has given consistently beautiful cuts each time. He also has taken then time to listen to me when I've wanted to change things and always seems to have a vision for what I want. He never chastises me for not coming super regularly and always remembers what's going on in my life, even if I only come in four times a year. After not seeing me in nearly 8 months he immediately recognized I had colored my hair a shade darker. My fiancé hardly notices when I do that so I was really impressed for him to notice! Thanks so much to Vicki and Dani. I came in yesterday in desperate need of a refresh after a not so great experience with a different salon many months back. Between the pictures I showed them and the consultation Vicki got it exactly right and made sure to check in with me periodically, as well as having some of the best stylist "bedside manner" I've ever known. Dani is a fully certified stylist in her own right and was going through Vicki's training and was SO kind to me and an excellent listener. Had a pedicure yesterday for the first time by someone else in well over 2 years. I normally do them on my own but I had a gc and thought I would treat myself for vacation. The polish is wrinkled and it just felt rushed. I don't want to take it off because I don't have time to repaint. Not sure how it will hold up vacation next week but we shall see. Read Less

Before going on a trip, I wanted to switch up my hair color. I booked an appointment with Laura, who eagerly accepted the challenge of an ombré found on Pinterest. I wasn't satisfied how it turned out, but without hesitation Laura booked another appointment to make sure I got the look I wanted. Vicki even checked in to make sure all is going well and that I was happy with the final outcome. I can't say enough about this salon, they have great employees who are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel very welcomed.
