I just had my nails painted , but it was fantastic . very clean and lovely freindly staff.
lots of nail colours to choose from.
i have been back twice now and still great service .This is my new nail salon now .
Its allways good to try new places.

Not very happy with the process of the pedicure I received.
I was asked if I wanted my nails cut, I replied that I just want a tidy, they proceed to clip my nails right down to the skin, and then angle cut them (so hello another year of ingrown toenails that I have only just managed to grow out and get rid of, after a previous place did the same thing). The tools were not particularly clean, and cannot be sure of any sanitisation, but the file she rubbed against my skin after cutting the whole nail down was absolutely not clean.
I was the only person there, and felt ignored as they were more interested in talking with each other.
I asked her for a very neutral colour, and ended upleaving with very bright pink, which I promptly went home and removed before doing anything else. After removing the colour, I can see the crookedness of my nails (I'm guessing it's because she cut them so far down and wasn't able to actually file them, that she just decided to leave them) and had really quite an unpleasant experience.
0/10, will not be returning.

Thank you Helen and your amazing team. I was referred to you by a friend over 4 years ago, and have never looked back and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! My toenails have improved beyond belief and I now wear open sandals with confidence and gaze at my beautiful nails, thanks to you. Always professional, soooo welcoming, and I always leave feeling - and looking - fabulous. Toes, fingers, eyebrows and hair removal - Helen and her dream team do it all. I am addicted thank you all. Very highly recommended xx

I had eyelash extensions done and not happy with the service or the job
I asked for natural lashes and after not being spoken to the whole time , ended up with thick , obviously false lashes

I asked for natural lashes and after not being spoken to the whole time , ended up with thick , obviously false lashes
Instead of feeling soft and natural they were hard and uncomfortable due to the amount of glue applied ( Told this after going to another local place to get them removed and redone )

Really good service from new management!! Ive been getting my nails done by this same place with my mum and the new people are so much kinder and more careful when doing nails. My sister got dipping ombre and i had ombre arcrylics done and they were the best ive ever had!! Definitely would recommend and going to go back again in the future.

Got my nails done here before lockdown. Service was amazing, had such a laugh and the technician was very talented and super friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

I think this place deserves less than 1star. Took a chance going because everywhere else was fool and had a 30min wait. When I arrived the doors were already locked before closing time no other customers around and I still got turned away. Really bad for business considering the other reviews ive read.

I have recently changed my review and will not be going to this salon again. i was a great customer for over a year but since the change of ownership not only has the loyalty card changed, so has the quality of work. i will not pay a higher price for worse off acrylics. Professional does a better job. i am constantly cut and in pain when primer is sent into said cuts and then my nails fall off days later!!!! never experienced a worse job in my life, and this happened consecutively after i decided to give them benefit of doubt. My best friend got her nails done for her birthday and the plastic tip was partially off of the nail and black streaks were thought he polish. We tried to remedy this with the technician but to no avail. Extremely disappointed in what once was a great salon.

Dissapointing lazy staff. Just because I wanted something a little different, they charge you an excess fee and then even when you don't use the stuff they are charging you for, they still charge you. Will go elsewhere in future. I hope the $20 was worth losing a regular customer.

Last time I went there was someone else's cuticle skin on the tool they used for me. I said it was dirty and they just shrugged and wiped it on the towel.

Bought $40 gift card today but the staff refused to stamp a loyalty card saying it was for new customers who had had their nails done. Really poor customer service, a stamp would have encouraged me ...
Bought $40 gift card today but the staff refused to stamp a loyalty card saying it was for new customers who had had their nails done. Really poor customer service, a stamp would have encouraged me to come back but clearly my money is not good enough. Think your "policy" through.

lots of nail colours to choose from.
i have been back twice now and still great service .This is my new nail salon now .
Its allways good to try new places.

Not very happy with the process of the pedicure I received.
I was asked if I wanted my nails cut, I replied that I just want a tidy, they proceed to clip my nails right down to the skin, and then angle cut them (so hello another year of ingrown toenails that I have only just managed to grow out and get rid of, after a previous place did the same thing). The tools were not particularly clean, and cannot be sure of any sanitisation, but the file she rubbed against my skin after cutting the whole nail down was absolutely not clean.
I was the only person there, and felt ignored as they were more interested in talking with each other.

My toenails have improved beyond belief and I now wear open sandals with confidence and gaze at my beautiful nails, thanks to you. Really good service from new management!! Ive been getting my nails done by this same place with my mum and the new people are so much kinder and more careful when doing nails. My sister got dipping ombre and i had ombre arcrylics done and they were the best ive ever had!! Definitely would recommend and going to go back again in the future.

I have recently changed my review and will not be going to this salon again. i was a great customer for over a year but since the change of ownership not only has the loyalty card changed, so has the quality of work. i will not pay a higher price for worse off acrylics.
