My experience this morning was shocking. I have to say this is not a reflection of the store as a whole because I have seen some lovely and talented nail technicians there before. Today’s service was horrid, and I never want to see this “technician” ever again. I arrive in store this morning and ask for a manicure, acrylic nails with gel nail polish. “Yes okay, that’s $60 please”. Me thinking “uhhhh okay, this manicure must be awesome” - I thought wrong. I didn’t even get my manicure, my acrylic nails were thick as ever and was left with ridges all over each nail where she had sanded down. Not to mention the bending of each finger in order for her to grind down acrylic she had built up too thick on application. These are fingers I have broken before and was extremely uncomfortable with her man handling each finger as if they were flexi rulers. Whilst getting my nails filed, I pointed out that my thumb nail wasn’t straight enough. She huffs and begins to file it down. This is a service that people pay for to treat themselves, why not put some pride into your work and create beautiful art for your customers. I was so excited to have a great girls day with my sister. Nail time🤗 Unfortunately, once we arrived at Deluxe Nail & Beauty it went down from there... First, we are told they don’t have a particular product that my sister had called and checked that they have. Then ‘Cash ONLY’. My sisters fingers were fully plunged into acitone to remove her tips, because they wouldn’t do back-fills on SNS (where any other place would). Mine were soaked in tinfoil which was great but then followed by a good hacking by the cuticle clippers to get the top off, cut my nail and glued it back together. Oh and when my sister asked for her cuticles to be pushed back... it turned into a debate that they don’t know what that means- of course not! Who would?you only work in a nail salon. Another followed when she asked for her nails to be the same shape. They remain different. Now she may sink tomorrow with the weight of her over piled nails and I’m unimpressed with the average result. Don’t bother going to this place. Read Less

I got a brazillian wax done here. It was painful.and I get brazillian all the time so I'm use to it. But this was sore. I Think the girl is not very experienced.she keeped waxing the same spot with the same strip over and over and it felt like my skin was getting ripped off. And she left alot of wax behind so my undies were sticking to me. After 2 days im feeling itchy.and an feel she didn't take the hair out from the roots. The hair had snapped off.
