What a find. I have just had the best pedicure/ manicure ever. The staff are amazing and the salon is well stocked and meticulously clean. I will be back.

Very good I wish I could tell you the name of the lovely Chinese lady who did my mani and pedi.
She was very thorough and I really felt I had been well treated .would definitely recommend this place ...

When people write reviews it usually to complain - I don't understand why there is so much negative comments for this place. I went there today, the staff were friendly, the service was amazing and my nails look great! I will definitely be visiting Five star nails again. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience.

First service was with friendly staff, after 2 weeks came back and unfriendly girl, seemed angry, unhappy, felt like she was doing me a favour. So I gave a shot and went back again and the same girl provided same horrible service! She doesn’t know how to shape, even though I explained several times. Very disappointed as usually I’m a loyal customer.

I love this nail salon. The ladies are friendly with a great sense of humour. Hard working clean uniforms it is no effort to fit customers in. The Edge TV plays diverting and up to date music. The manicurists have excellent skills. A large range of polishes and the massage chairs are a fantastic way to unwind while my feet are soaked in warm water. It is a wonderful treat. I have been to other salons and have been unhappy about lack of hygiene. Ellerslie is great with lots of coffee bars close by. Well done ladies.🏅♀💅

Tried a pedicure for the first time and while it was nice to start off with, the ladies did not tell me that I would have to wait for an hour for my nails to dry (????). They could have offered the dr...
Tried a pedicure for the first time and while it was nice to start off with, the ladies did not tell me that I would have to wait for an hour for my nails to dry (????). They could have offered the dryer thing but didn't and when I asked for it, I was told it was too late. Nails were cut quite short and therefore look ugly. Sad ending to what could have been the first of many pedicures.

What I love about this place is that they always manage to fit me in when I just turn up. The staff here are always friendly and happy to make sure that you are happy with your manicure or pedicure.

Had my Eyebrows waxed here. The skin around it has second degree burns that have now stabbed over. The wax was to hot. Over all very disappointed in the whole procedure. This has never happened before...
Had my Eyebrows waxed here. The skin around it has second degree burns that have now stabbed over. The wax was to hot. Over all very disappointed in the whole procedure. This has never happened before. No refund was offered. Or any advice for caring for the area. Very poor service. Lovely ladies. But perhaps a refresher on waxing wouldn't go a miss.

I love this nail salon. The ladies are friendly with a great sense of humour. Hard working clean uniforms it is no effort to fit customers in. The Edge TV plays diverting and up to date music.
