Amazing customer service! I had gotten my nails done and the next week the polish was chipped on one nail, totally because of my own doing. When I returned insisting to pay to have it fixed they completely reshaped and painted my nails a new color for NO charge at all, on the spot. Very good work and professional! Got my nails n eyebrows done there for the first time today. Eric did an amazing job on my nails. Never hurt me once... my nails look like my nails. I have been getting my nails done for years. This place is the second best I have ever gone too. I will be returning to get my toes done. The lady that did my eyebrows did an amazing job as well. I was made to feel badly today. I was out getting my hair and nails done for a work Christmas party and dong some Christmas shopping. I was offered a glass of wine by my technician doing my manicure. The owner walked by, spoke to her in a different language (which in itself is rude) and then the owner told me I could not get wine, but she would give me water, wine was only for $40 and up pedicures. I got the "dip" manicure which was $40! The proper thing would have been... to just give me the glass and then deal with the parameters with her employee. But no, I was made to feel poorly when there was no need. This was not my first visit. I get my nails done every few weeks. During flip-flop season I got mani and pedi and spent over $100. I’m shocked. Was calling for about 30 mins no answer. Decided to just go in. I get there and there is only one girl there who tells me she’s not allowed to do gel nail polish. I asked her what she could do ... she said she could only do pedicure but she wasn’t allowed to do finger nails ... not even normal nail polish... I then asked her why they’re open, she said because she’s only there to take bookings for the girl who can do them who doesn’t get back from church till after 11. This also doesn’t make sense because no on picked up the phone ONCE when I was calling trying to book. You can’t leave someone in charge who isn’t allowed to do anything. What’s the point of opening at 9 if the main person doesn’t get there till after 11!!??? Absolutely shocking and I felt really sorry for the girl that was left there on her own. Really disappointed. I'm a repeat customer but was pretty bummed after my last pedicure. I work on my feet all week and was looking forward to the message the most. She didn't rub my feet at all :( she did message my legs for about 45 seconds each tho. I was pretty upset spending what I spent and didn't get what I was looking forward to. Read Less

Tom is the man. I followed him to VIP from another nail salon because he never fails. I usually always get acrylics but I recently switched to the dip powder! So far so good. They really make sure you’re getting what you want and they all are so funny. Read Less

The multiple experiences I have had at VIP nails has been wonderful!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the service is spectacular! I have pretty thin nails and have a difficult time not chipping all gel nails. At this salon they have a new type of nail called dipping powder. I have been so impressed with it!! It's great quality and doesn't chip at all! The pumpkin pedicure is pretty amazing as well. I highly recommend this salon! Read Less

I have been getting the dipping powder from Chloe at VIP Nails for months now and I LOVE it! I have a job that has me working with my hands alot and I have never once had an issue with them chipping or not shinning. They are durable and last an incredibly long time! They are slightly overpriced & the girl talked me into this powder dip polish because she said it is better than gel. It is NOT better, it is just cheaper so they can make more money off you (they don't charge less for it). The dip polish is extremely thick & impossible to get off - don't do it! Read Less

The nail tech who was a male did an EXCELLENT job on my nails. I'm not supposed to have acrylics, so I requested they look as natural as possible. He did not disappoint! The polish is flawless, and you can't tell that the nails aren't mine! On top of that, everyone there is so nice. I'm usually uncomfortable in new situations, but I felt right at home!
