I took my daughter there tonight to get a pedicure and to get her nails painted. She has Cerebral Palsy and has a hard time opening her hand. The owners took 30 to 40 minutes of their time to just do that one hand to ensure that she received the same service as anyone else. Mostly good. The girls are lovely, but another customer arrived early for their appointment and our treatments were then rushed through. Also my fingers are all peeling just under the cuticles, so I suspect the cuticle trimming was a little lax. I'd probably go again though - prices are okay. Read Less

I got an acrylic full set and I got my toenails polished. At first I wanted my nails coffin shaped, but when I saw the way the nail tech had done them, I told her to just make them square. She did a great job at making them square with the acrylic. When she finished I went and sat so they could do my toes. The guy did them super quick and it looked like a toddler had done them. It's as if they couldn't get the most basic thing right, the nail polish. I noticed one of my acryl...ic nails was crooked when he finished my toenails and he said it didn't look like it and so did the woman who did them, of course. After waiting for the polish to dry for about 5 minutes, I decided to turn the chair massager on. A minute later, the guy came to check if the polish was dry and started rushing me out of the chair. He told me to go sit beside my sister, they checked her polish and said it was dry. (Also, after my little sister sat down so her nails would dry, one of the mail nail techs decided to give her a shoulder massage?) I'm not sure why they were rushing because we had been the only customers in there for a whole hour and a half. We get home and two of my sister's nails are crooked, along with my one, but at least her polish was even. The polish we both have wasn't even completely dry, so it has these little indents in it. If the polish weren't so uneven, I might have been able to overlook the crooked nails. The acrylic on my nails is too far from the cuticle and the acrylic on my sister's goes over her cuticle. Update: my sister's nails started coming among up two days later and then they just completely popped off a week after getting them done. It may look like a basic nail salon, but their service is great. Whenever I'm in town (every few months) I stop in for a Royal Pedicure. The owners are so nice and friendly and the royal pedicure is amazing! I always feel so relaxed after. Read Less

I got my nails done there (gel polish) and next day the polish was chipping/peeling. They use cheap polish. Gel polish suppose to last longer than regular polish. I had to go back to my regular tech at Diva Nails to do my nails over because nails looked horrible after only one day. Never again will I come here to get my nails done. Read Less

Water in spa bath was lukewarm water - no additives like bubbles or anything - and the jets kept turning off. Was about 40% on, 60% off. Only one foot's nails were trimmed so I left the place with one set of loing toenails and one set of short because I kept trying to tell the beauty therapist and she kept saying "yes" like she didn't understand me. I was then told to put my hands on a towel covered in the last persons nail clipping and filings and the towel was filthy. My manicure did not look good and in fact the nail polish, even 20 mins later was still not dry - I had used the drying machine (it feels like it must have been poor quality). I had no massage or moituriser used on me at all and I left the place with bad toenails, bad fingernails and dry skin on my hands and feet. I cannot reccomend this place - as much as I want to because some of the therapists seemed competent and the place was nicely decorated. For $70+ I felt ripped off and annoyed. Read Less
