Came in, had to sit there and wait. Other people came in after me and got served before me. It's not that hard to grasp the idea first in first served.

Worst service ever! I actually felt like I was such a nuisance to them just for being there and wanting my nails done. The woman who did my shellac seemed so upset with me for some reason, she was lit...
Worst service ever! I actually felt like I was such a nuisance to them just for being there and wanting my nails done. The woman who did my shellac seemed so upset with me for some reason, she was literally being way more physical than needed while doing my nails... like pushing my hands away when I should swop hands or when she did the next finger, very abrasive. I will never be back!

More like Professio-FAIL. Terrible job SNS manicure that has seen the top coat start peeling after just three days. Questionable service delivered by an unenthused team of staff. Won’t be going back.

Took little sister (12yrs) there for acrylics they said 10min wait, which was sweet. So i went to warehouse to wait for her come back an hour later shes still waiting... so i ask the lady at reception...
Took little sister (12yrs) there for acrylics they said 10min wait, which was sweet. So i went to warehouse to wait for her come back an hour later shes still waiting... so i ask the lady at reception and all she does is turn around and talk their language for a good 5-10min. They ended up doing a fast but careless job. Wont be back.

Got a fungal infection from this place. On same nail they nicked me on when cutting cuticle.

Not my first choice of nail salons. There's a 50 / 50 chance you'll get one of the original staff members, who will do a FANTASTIC job of you nails! Or like my more recent visits, an under trained sta...
