Customer service was great. Unfortunately they asked me to come in early which resulted in the lady rushing to do my eyelashes as another client was waiting. My wife an I went for a couple massage package. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The masseuse were organized, professional and very lovely. Everything was clean, neat and quite cosy. I went in for eyelash extensions, and added a acrylic manicure and standard pedicure. The staff and very nice and friendly. Eyelash extension done fast and efficiently. I have yet to see how it lasts. I thought I was off to a good start but the nail part was very disappointing. In conversation I told her why I don't do shellac. Because of UV light used. It darkens my skin. She said why not use Led. I asked if they used led Light and she said yes. I than added shellac to my order. That was not the case. I was not happy. I ended up with lots of cuts which is very painfully. With all 3 staff they are rushing too much. The acrylic and gel work was terrible. The paint and art work was good though. But the total result was thick claw like nails which actually was very painfully. To the extend I went back to them within the hour to get it removed. She would not give me a refund of $70. Saying they put in time. But so did I.. I spent nearly 3 hours there. Not to forget went back to get it removed. I was very frustrated and disappointed and now waiting for hands to heal before going to my usual place to get my nails done. Friendly people but they need to up their skills in acrylics. Not refunding was also not a good call. I was almost walking out of there and my mom ended up negotiating a massage voucher instead after she could see I was clearly not impressed. 4 stars for eyelash. And zero stars for nails. Read Less

Have enjoyed massages/nails here before, and not generally one to leave anything but positive reviews, so this is experience specific. Unfortunately came the other day and paid for a special 70 minute massage (hot and cold selected over regular massage). Was given a standard and satisfactory massage, but one that only lasted just shy of 50 minutes. Again, at this point I just sent a text to say I was disappointed so they could feed it back to masseuse. Still not kicking up... a stink. But then I got a call to tell me I was wrong and that it definitely was 70 minutes. Tried to explain that not only was it 50 minutes, but that I got called in 25 minutes after my appointment was due to start, and not given the paid for treatment. Just got told I was wrong again and a reluctant offer to extend my time if I came in for another massage. I WOULD have come back, I've had good treatments there. Last thurs was the 4th time I visited the place. I knew about them through Groupon and from my very first visit, the staff has always been so lovely and had great customer service. I guess that's the reason why I keep on coming back besides the fact that they always took care of me so well when I'm there. Definitely recommend this place. x Read Less
