I used to come here for waxing. However the lady I used to see is not here anymore and the new people don’t seem like they know what they’re doing. It’s also overly priced.

Had the day off work so decided to treat myself to a massage. Google reviews seemed ok so booked. Was way better than I anticipated. They even advised they would change my request to a package so ...
Had the day off work so decided to treat myself to a massage. Google reviews seemed ok so booked. Was way better than I anticipated. They even advised they would change my request to a package so I would save money. Had Peach as my therapist she was fantastic. Place is near the Ormiston hospital. Plenty of off road parking. Not as fancy as the inner City spa's but still very well set up, quiet dark rooms with large chairs for foot massage and serene massage rooms. The massage beds are wide to allow the therapists to climb up to apply deep tissue pressure. In my case, the treatment was equitable if not better than the two main inner city spas but of the prices were much less. Very satisfied, will go again. Just to be clear this is the Cocoon Spa on Chapel Road.

Went today with my mum and sister for their bday treat. Mum and I had the Heaven n Wellness any my sis had the Cocoon Signature. Totally enjoyed it and can t wait to go back!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Lovely experience. They were just confused with booking and therefore booked us for different treatment, although was more ideal it was more expensive that I wasn't expecting prior.

Just been for a full body massage as I had an aching back for at least 2 months and they were brilliant - ladies if you need a good massage I totally recommend that you try the lovely ladies at cocoon...
Just been for a full body massage as I had an aching back for at least 2 months and they were brilliant - ladies if you need a good massage I totally recommend that you try the lovely ladies at cocoon thai spa at pakuranga - and the manicure I got today as well is a must have too:-)
