Over priced for what you get. Charged $25 for a manicure and cut. The lady was hardly even paying attention. My nails were cut/shaped unevenly and very short. One nail was left much longer than the rest, I actually had to ask her to fix it. She gave it a two second clip and didn’t even bother to compare it with the other nails, it’s still longer and a different shape. Then the hand massage was done rough and she kept just pulling on the same finger while talking to her colleagues, then skipped over the rest. I wish I could rate them a negative star 😩 The place is small and suitable for 3 clients max but to maximise their business they cramp the clients on top of each other. There are three pedicure chairs downstairs and four manicure tables upstairs. I was upstairs and there was no space at all, its shoulder to shoulder spacing between you and the next client. I paid $50 for acrylic white tips with shellac finish. My experience here was terrible. It took three people to do my nails, they keep changing and swapping between clients. The first lady cut my nails and did my cuticles. She asked what I wanted and I told her white tip acrylic, almond shape with Shellac finish. Simple right? She looked confused and asked the next person. I had to show them a photo for them to understand what I wanted. Next lady filed my nails, I noticed that it looked used and hasnt been sterilised. She finished one hand but the lady and client next to me needed it so she handed it over. There was no sterilization of the filing tips between the other client and myself. It took about 30mins to cut and file my real nails. Then I was left unattended for about 20mins with no explanation, but none was need cos there were 6 clients and 4 ladies who were running around like headless chickens trying to serve everyone. Customer service needs to be more important than $$$ Finally the third lady came and started to file my nails again. I told her it had already been filed but she completely ignored me and she ended up grazing my skin. She did my nails and they looked fine. The next day, I noticed that they have started lifting. It has been a week now and three nails have already broken. Overall, the nails feel like and last as long as stick on nails. Not worth $50. Not worth 1.5hours for simple white tips. They did my nails very nicely and it wasn't too expensive but, unfortunately, when I asked them if the sterilize instruments they asked me what "sterilize" means. After that pedicure I got a terrible infection in my toe and my whole foot and calf where burning. I had to take a course of antibiotics before I was able to walk again. Read Less

Came in 5:15 asked if they could fit me in they said yes but would have to wait. Waited until 5:50 and realised they were not going to get to me as they shut at 6. After initial "yes we can fit you in" they didn't acknowledge me at all. Never going here again. Read Less

BAD. BAD. BAD. I wont EVER be returning to this place! They were very rude. Finger clicking and pointing and told me I was stupid for taking off my own gel polish. My nails were cut very short after I specifically and clearly requested only shaping, so I could keep the length of my nails, my request was completely ignored. My nails are not straight, absolutely no care was put into the shaping of my nails. The gel nail polish got around and under my nails, the top coat is not smooth or even. It looks absolutely terrible. Ridiculously overpriced for the job done. I could have done them much better myself. Overall, I'm not impressed. Read Less

They clearly overcharged me by $15-20 for the service provided and I also felt uncomfortable with all of the nail staff speaking Vietnamese among each other. At a minimum, if you're looking for good service, I would not recommend going here. Read Less
