I’ve been coming here for awhile now and no where else compares! The customer service is amazing! Kevin is great! All the girls are wonderful and friendly. Everytime my nails look great! Relaxed atmosphere, 5 stars. I highly recommend.

I was recommended to go to Kevin's from some of my coworkers, and I've been going ever since! I love him, and he takes his time. As a customer you can tell when someone is just rushing to get finished...
I was recommended to go to Kevin's from some of my coworkers, and I've been going ever since! I love him, and he takes his time. As a customer you can tell when someone is just rushing to get finished; but Kevin is the best.

This is my new spot! Very clean and lots of variety. Yvette is amazing! She does awesome work and makes sure that you are happy with her work before you leave. Highly recommend.

Kevin has a large selection of colors and they are very well organized, not like some places where the polish is mixed everywhere. It is easy to find a color you like. They are very understanding about anything you might be unhappy about regarding your nails and fix it for you happily. I have been to a lot of places in town, and most of them I will not return to. Kevin's is one I will keep coming back to.

I have been to a majority of the nail salons in Bloomington-Normal. Kevin's is by far THE best. I'm picky too. And they don't mind that I am. They are very good at what they do. Environment is clean, ...
I have been to a majority of the nail salons in Bloomington-Normal. Kevin's is by far THE best. I'm picky too. And they don't mind that I am. They are very good at what they do. Environment is clean, large tvs, technology up to date. Very professional environment where the customer is literally put first. They'll do anything to make sure you get the color you're looking for! Definitely a place where people have already discovered its appeal.

My first experience here was not a good one, but Kevin was very quick to check in with me and offer for me to come back and get another pedicure. Jason did a great job and Kevin did the color himself...
My first experience here was not a good one, but Kevin was very quick to check in with me and offer for me to come back and get another pedicure. Jason did a great job and Kevin did the color himself. They look perfect! Kevin was interested in what my 1st experience was like and seemed to want to try to correct any issues in his business. I will be back!

Went in to get my nails done and was extremely unhappy with them. Kevin contacted me personally and had me come back in at my convenience to have them fixed. I am 110% satisfied!!! They are fantastic!...
Went in to get my nails done and was extremely unhappy with them. Kevin contacted me personally and had me come back in at my convenience to have them fixed. I am 110% satisfied!!! They are fantastic!! Perfect shape, thickness, and a perfect polish job! I was adamant that I'd never be back, but it was handle very professionally and you can see he takes great pride in his work. I have to admit that I will definitely be back!!! Thank you Kevin and staff for making me feel at ease when coming back in to have them fixed!! I applaud your customer service skills as well as your ability to make amends!!

My mom and I had a pedicure day, and this was a first time for us at Kevin Nails. All I can say is....... what a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly and the ladies who worked on our feet...
My mom and I had a pedicure day, and this was a first time for us at Kevin Nails. All I can say is....... what a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly and the ladies who worked on our feet were very engaging with us during our pedicures. Loved the atmosphere and already have return appointments. Highly recommend Kevin Nails!!

Kevin has a large selection of colors and they are very well organized, not like some places where the polish is mixed everywhere. It is easy to find a color you like. They are very understanding about anything you might be unhappy about regarding your nails and fix it for you happily. I have been to a lot of places in town, and most of them I will not return to. Kevin's is one I will keep coming back to.
