This is definitely the best nail salon on the shore. Ladies there are very kind and respectful. The place is also very calming nicely done up. You guys rock :)

Had the best experience at this place! did my ball nails and the were very friendly and efficent! Defintly knew what they were doing and did it very well! Will most defintly be back

Had terrible experience at the Albany branch. I was not greeted by anyone. The lady did my nail very roughly. My nail was hurt few times. I wanted to do my nail so could be pampered not to suffer. I was charged for $20 extra for two extra “nail arts” which I should not have asked for, because it definitely did not worth $20 for her one minute effort. I paid $90 for such a horrible experience, definitely won’t be back.

First time patron, loved the experience! They offered me a glass of hot tea, and the girls were polite and experienced. Not only was the one doing my nails precise, she was quick too; very welcome to alter anything I found dissatisfying.The price is very reasonable for the atmosphere the place created. I'll definitely be back again.

Great decor and feel, the ladies are wonderful and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my acrylics anymore. I suggest you go for a later appointment as it's quieter in the afternoon.

I have been here twice and will go again and recommend this place to my friends. The salon is lovely and spacious. The staff are all very friendly and talented. Great value for money!

Most disappointing experience I have ever experienced. No cleaning of the nails or hands. Staff unfriendly and non accommodating. Looks good on paper, unfortunately they did not deliver. Considering it was for my daughter's wedding. I have 110% far better experience from the nail bars in the malls.
Certainly not worth the trip over to the Shore. I'de rather have good nail service than the complimentary refreshments. After all I am paying for the art of nails!

First time was ok but after they get busier they are not good any more. Me and my friends got an appointment and have to wait 40mins and some other staff are free but didn't start for us. They can't think just because they are busy and they let us wait that long. If not because I have gift voucher from my friend then I will never come back there again. Bad experience

Had terrible experience at the Albany branch. I was not greeted by anyone. The lady did my nail very roughly. My nail was hurt few times. I wanted to do my nail so could be pampered not to suffer. I was charged for $20 extra for two extra “nail arts” which I should not have asked for, because it definitely did not worth $20 for her one minute effort. I paid $90 for such a horrible experience, definitely won’t be back.

They can't think just because they are busy and they let us wait that long. If not because I have gift voucher from my friend then I will never come back there again. Bad experience
