Do not go here for eyebrow waxing, I think the photo speaks for itself. She waxed half my (left) eyebrow off and didn't even say sorry. The other (right) eyebrow she made so thin and then made it even thinner 1cm in by over plucking. Worst brow job I have had to date, such a hit and a miss with them. You either get experience technicians or very inexperienced people doing a job that you could do better yourself. I pay to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted so I don't have to fill them in with brow gel. I will now be filling in that 1cm of eyebrow that is missing for the next month. NOT HAPPY Read Less

The food from the sliders to the pasta dishes were horrible absolutely horrible. If you know what good food is you will save yourself the time and eat elsewhere. Premade food throw on a plate. I would never recommend this dump to anyone. Pleople that give this place good reviews have no idea what good food and drinks are. #garbage Read Less

Made reservations for a party of 10 here for my wife's birthday. It was the worse service i have ever had. It took 45 minutes to get our food order. Our appitzers did not come out before our mean and then when the meal did come out some of it was wrong. The waitress didn't bother to come and check on us or ask if everything look ok. We had to get up and steal the silverware from other tables because once again no one bothered to take the time to make sure we didn't have to us…e our fingures. We had to asked for the waitress multiple times. One of the servers was drinking behind the DJ, a person from our party confronted him and he said "whoa not cool." The waitress took an extreamly long time to get each person paying their checks. Had the wife do her nails here for our anniversary. Went previous night to ask for price the man stated $30. But when I went with the wife was $40. Staff seem very unhappy no smiles chats or laughs. Me and my two girlfriends came here after going to a matinee. It was on my recommendation since the last time I visited it was a really good experience. This experience was most non-extraordinary . After picking a table, we sat for a long time before a server came over. Finally, she took our drink orders. My friend ordered a cocktail that came with a strawberry on the rim. It was rotted. I'm not exaggerating. She took it to show the bartender. The bartender just took the str…awberry off and didn't offer her another drink! Which was The least she could've done. We then ordered our food. The same friend who got the bad had to order 3 times because they were out of two dishes she ordered. Ugh! No manager came over to apologize and to offer any comps. Went on a Thursday night. Place wasn't busy at all (and now I see why). Took a good 10-15 minutes to even see a server (was sitting at a table top close to bar). Ordered drinks & appetizer. Took another 10 minutes for drink. Hurried up & ordered food when drink came (for fear she wouldn't be back). Server didn't seem thrilled about having to wait on us. Terrible experience paid $40 for Shellac she made a mistake with the colour, they do not want to listen to you, so pushy just their way not what the customer want. I had to pay another $8 for their mistake. They ripped me off, only to find out on their pamflet it says $35 not $40. Ladies check at counter price before they help you. Terrible service and experience. I booked in for a manicure and pedicure. Paid around $60 and was seated. Started off ok but I specifically asked for no nail polish to be applied. I asked for my nails to be buffed and shined which I have previously had done at many other salons. The girl doing my manicure asked what shape I wanted and I told her I wanted a square shape with a slighty rounded edge - she created some of the roundest nails I've ever seen but I didn't mind too much. Then the girl working on my feet finished the pedicure by applying clear nail polish. I asked her to not put any polish on my toenails and again said that I wanted just a buff and shine. She told me that she had already buffed them and that polish looked better. I was pretty annoyed as I intentinally don't wear nail polish ever. Then the girl working on my hands started applying polish to my fingernails and I told her again I didn't want it and she said she was doing it to match the feet. I asked again that she just buff and shine my nails but she ignored me. I ended up just letting her finish because I was sick of being ignored. Less than 4 days later the polish is peeling off my fingernails so I'm pretty frustrated about the whole thing and will definitely never go back. The price is definitely too high for the outcome - I also noticed that where they had trimmed my cuticles and the sides of my fingernails were poorly done and I had to fix it up myself at home. I recently went to Professionail Albany to get arcrylics on my finger nails and eyelash extensions, so I spent well over $100. Unfortunately, the whole experience was a total waste of money,. A/ I get acrylics done fairly recently (although not usually at this salon), and the guy that did them here filed them down far too thin, so that within a week and a half, 4 of them had broken/snapped off. I have literally never had a single acrylic snap on the first time getting them done before, but these were almost breaking off daily. I'm not rough on them - I work in a office, so no manual labour or anything. It's a complete waste of money when almost half of them break off shortly after getting them done. The guy also didn't speak enough English to understand the nail shape/length that I asked for. B/ I don't get lash extensions done on the regular, but have had them 4-5 times in the past of special occasions. I've never had a problem with them before, but ended up with an infected eyelid from these ones shortly after I got them. This was incredibly painful and inconvenient, not to mention rather unattractive. I have no trust in their hygiene practices after this horrible experience... The girl who did my lashes also managed to glue both of my eyes closed so that I couldn't open them without her first removing the glue. Which was painful. C/ Speaking of hygiene - I noticed that they still shave the skin off your feet with a razor blade here when you have a pedicure. When I went to the other salon in Westfield Albany to get my broken nails re-done, this salon had a sign up saying it is now illegal for salons to shave the skin off your feet, for health and safety reasons. But Professionail Albany still do it... Go figure. Read Less
