I had a pedicure done a few days ago, instead of trimming my nails straight across the guy trimmed the sides and tapered my nail bed on both my big toes. It hurt and was bleeding. I asked why he was doing that and he said it was to prevent ingrown toenails. The way he did it actually causes ingrown toenails, and now both of my big toes are red swollen and sore. I've had several pedicures and have never had anyone trim my nails like that. I will not be going back and don't recommend anyone to go here. Read Less

Went in Friday to get both manicures for myself and Mom - I had booked the appointment in advance to make sure that we could both get in quickly as we had to leave for an event. When we arrived we where greeted by friendly staff and right away given seats. Unfortunately they had a large group so they could not do both my Mom's nails and mine at the same time (as I requested in booking). Still giving 5 stars because our nails look amazing! And the service was great! I went to... a different salon before to get my nails done and they ruined them Grandview nails (Julie) restored my faith that nails can be done well! I went in after work to get my acrylic nails taken off and a manicure. Instead of soaking them if they cut the nails and lifted the corner and peeled them off (needless to say it hurt). Then they told me I would have to wait another 15-20 minutes while they did someone else's manicure cause she had an appointment. Seriously, then why did you say you had time. Anyways long story short, the guy did a horrible shellac manicure and I walked away extremely unhappy. Will never go back. Read Less

Grandview nails is by far the best place to get nails done! Prices are reasonable. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Took my friend in the other day and she never gets her nails done, the lady helped her out with what exactly she wanted and even gave some suggestions to make a decision. How you are treated there, makes you want to go back again and again. They take the time to make your nails look great and how you want them. They don't rush you just to move on to the next client. I suggest to call and make appointments first before going, they can be pretty busy at times. Read Less
