This was my second visit to the beauty bar for a brow tint. My first appointment I waited about 45 minutes before being services. Today my appointment was at 4 and when I showed up a little early I could see there were 5 people waiting. Since I knew she was not going to get to me by my appointment time I sat and waited at a nearby restaurant. I called at 4 and of course she was not ready, the receptionist said she'd call when ready. An hour later still no call so I stopped b...y and the last customer was getting serviced so I thought. As I was waiting a relative/friend came in demanding service. So even though I had waited over an hour at this point she took her next. She said she was only doing a brow fill in but then pulled out a bag of makeup and began doing her whole face. Cocktailz is a brilliant one stop beauty experience! I went to them for a pretty face for the Black Rep's opening night of 'For Colored Girls' and the staff exceeded my expectations. MUA Ley Woods got me in and out the door, BEAT, in an hour! The atmosphere is light, but very professional and the prices are fantastic. I think I've found my second home! I love this place! Read Less
