I had my appointment in December, before Xmas and before my holiday in Iris in Tullamore. It was pedicure and eyebrows tint, I spend in the salon 4 hours,I was really unhappy. Tint for eyebrows gone after 2 days, pedicure was horrible, and I paid for that services €75. Shocking. I never will be back again. Read Less

A little piece of heaven hidden away I had the most relaxing hour and a half having a pedi by Raluka who was a dote and super at her job had chair massage me option of tea or coffee lovely music and all my hard skin removed a foot treat and massage for someone who hates anyone near my feet im converted cant wait to visit again Read Less

Brilliant ! Great service ! Great staff ! They really know how to look after you from the moment you enter . A very professional approach . The first visit was with Hien who was amazingly patient and so thorough. It was my first shellac manicure ever and his attention to detail was great. I have always been very happy with the service I receive and is the only salon in portlaoise comparable to the UK, but yesterday was very disappointing. I would usually go during the week so maybe it was because it was a Saturday, but it took a long time to my treatments then I was told there would an extra charge for French polish because it takes more times in the lamp and they needed to cover electricity costs. As a log standing loyal customer I was shocked at this and very upset. I know that costs have increased and that's why they are putting up the prices but to charge extra for basic services makes no sense. I'm hoping it's just a blip me they will put customers first again. Read Less

I used to go here every few weeks for refills. I kept going waiting for things to improve but I'll never return again. Very poorly organised, staff running from client to client, appointments are never carried out on time and I have ended up with nails being way longer on one hand. Such a pity but delighted that I have found a way better and more professional salon who are also cheaper. Hopefully they start to organise things better and not lose too much business as some of the staff are very talented. Read Less

Was here today to get nails done before my wedding the colour didn't come out the colour I wanted and when I asked for.it to be changed the girl huffed and puffed and trough her eyes to heaven. Even my 5 year old said mammy the ladies mad will not be returning I felt awful leaving. Even the manager got a dig in about next time if I change the colour I have to pay talk about making a bride to be feel special.
