Wish I hadn't bothered. The technician whispered in a foreign language the entire time, dug her chipped nails into me to remove the nail varnish she got on my skin. They acted as if we were an inconvenience to them for coming in. Will go somewhere else to get my gel nails removed (they're already weakening) because I wouldn't put money into this business ever again. Read Less

Nail fell off after a week. Went in to get it redone and honestly felt more like a nuisance. Technician even left me to do someone else. Maybe work on customer service. Also had none of the colour the rest of my nails were so now I have one nail that's completely different! Just really rude and my nail is ruined underneath. Read Less

Seen they had advertised 'gels' so my bf got me a voucher for my bday I was given badly shaped acrylics with nail varnish on top! my nails are chipping, lumpy & lob sided. Not to mention but the man who did them had the most disgusting finger nails I have ever seen!! And the communication was ridiculous I asked the man for nail art it took him 15 mins to call a woman over to ask her to ask me what I asked him for. Then to top it off I got an eyebrow wax and the girl completely ripped my skin off and just plucked the other side and I hen tried to charge me €10 extra! Also there are kids upstairs who randomly come down into the salon and its constant shouting back and fourth for them to go back up stairs. 5* ratings ??? Im sorry ladies for what ? Just friendly staff isnt gona do the work . I went only ones and never going back. Hygiene of "technitians" is very dissapointing . Went in for "spa" pedicure or what ever it is called. Watched girl doing manicure to somebody else when technitian dropped the tool that she was working with on the floor. Picked it upand continued working WITH THE SAME !!! How is that for a change ? Thought to myself pheww lucky its not me. Well well that wasn the worst part. After few days i discovered fugus infecion on one of my toenails and ingrown nail on the same toe because it was clipped wrong ! And for the love of God get uniforms for staff. I got my shellac done on a Friday which I needed them for the Saturday , when I got home I washed my hands and they started chipping and then started to peel and then they all started coming off they didn't even last me for what I wanted them to . I contacted the salon about this and they told me that if I call back in and if I made an appointment they would re do them for me so I made the appointment for today , so I called back In a while late as I had a last minute appointment . The Chinese woman was so rude and told me that because I was late I couldn't get my nails done and was shouting across the salon to me , when apparently they do walk in services aswell ? Worst experience ever with my nails! ! I've been getting nails for years now and straight away they clipped off all my own nails to put tips on which I didn't want! I have never experienced anything like the state my nails were left in and the pain! Read Less

I booked an appointment here and rang to ask to change it and the lady said there was no record of my apppointment..so i made it again....then ! Had a pedicure today and i just wanted a manicure but without any paint...but the guy who did my nails wasnt listening and i had clear shellac on my fingernails when leaving. Wouldnt mind but he was told by receptionist and it was in the diary! Very poor communication....eh zero...between customers and technicians. Very very poor En...glish if he did speak. Very strange setup...4 non english speaking 'professionals', on their iphones when not with a customer...and smoking e cigs! and an English speaking lady who isnt always there. They only take cash here so it was a 10min walk into mcdonagh for cash...Centra machine out of order today! Nice job on my toe nails but i have to say he was a bit rough...not to mention his own long nails....no uniform on staff and generally just not a place i would go to again.
