I'm sorry to post such a bad review. I normally just don't go to a bad place any more, but i think people need to be warned. The people in this business are nice, but the products they use is really bad. 1. They say they use gel but in reality they use bad quality acrylic 2. They don't clean up any dark marks left by any lifting of the product, unless requested 3. Their nails start lifting only a week or two after the set has been put on. I never managed to keep my nails in decent condition for longer than a week or two. Already at 2 weeks they need to be redone. At 30 euros a refill this isn't good, nor cheap 4. They rip your nails off to take the extensions off. I went in today to remove my extensions and let my nails rest, and i was amazed by how the extensions were ripped off my nails, leaving me with a seriously damaged and painful to the touch nail bed and making me wish i had never went there at all. 5. Last time i had my nails done at Christmas the fella who did them didn't listen to me when i said that one nail was broken underneath the false one, and he carried on using the electric file causing me an injury. He didn't disinfect my injury nor did he disinfect his instruments (with BLOOD on them!!!). He apologised and carried on. He even charged me full price for the work, even after causing me an injury. Please be warned. Yes, they do work hard and they do fit you in with little notice. But at what cost? Not one that I'm prepared to keep paying. Read Less
