I found them great until I forgot my appointment time. At the time I had paid a deposit. When I rang back and asked to move to to another date they said no problem. Went to my new appointment and I noticed I was charged the full rate as if I hadn’t paid any deposit. Rang up about it and they are refusing to return my money. There are no signs or notices anywhere to say this is their policy. I think that’s a really bad way to treat a regular customer. I won’t be going back there anymore.

Very disappointed, I have booked week on advance, manicure&pedicure , I have arrived perfect in time 5.15pm, when I asked for gel extention on my nails the girls keep saying they haven't time for it...
Very disappointed, I have booked week on advance, manicure&pedicure , I have arrived perfect in time 5.15pm, when I asked for gel extention on my nails the girls keep saying they haven't time for it, exactly the same for my foot, they can make only a mini pedicure and I have agreed with it , the salone was running off of color I have picked...
I found it very unprofessional.

Been here a lot of times , the people working are good esp. katy , but the place needs a lil bit of cleaning esp the table were you get the nails done.

Lovely girls. Great job on my nails. I just got a polish done, but even as a working mum of two young boys they still look perfect a week later. Will definitely be back.

As a former beautician by trade i visited last week for a polish and found the salon to be dirty.. wax pot and area around it dirty.. floors, nail tables and utensils..all dirty.. shame because they do nice nails and good work in fairness - really needs to scrub up though.. high risk for cross contamination! Some eyebrow training may also be an idea. And less rough filing and grazed sore cuticles! Hygiene is crucial when using same equipment on numerous people! I personally wouldnt go back.

I absolutely love my gel nails that I got done today, thank you. Great new method of doing it that is quicker and doesn't involve the UV light, also loads of choice of colours. Only slight negative was that it was quite cold there but I'll definitely be back!

Got my gel nails with shellac done along with 2 week long eyelashes! They spent a good while doing my nails but they are perfect! They did such a good job making sure they were perfect and that I was 100% happy with them. I was brought up stairs then to get my eyelashes done which was quick and painless and they looked amazing! By far the best place I've gotten my eyelashes and nails done. Only thing is it's a little chilli if you're there a while but it was a very cold day so it could have been just me! But great service all around and friendly staff. Delighted!

Had my nails done here. I found it took too long (2 hours) it was painful at time and still is now. Although I like my nails (bar the pain at the moment) I don't think I would return as the woman doing my nails was rough and quite rude. Other staff seemed lovely though.

Absolutely horrendous service. Went to get my legs waxed and was told to sit on a chair while the lady did it. Then another woman came in for waxing and was told there were beds upstairs for waxing, which is something I was not told. Not only was it extremely uncomfortable, she missed large parts of obvious hair and somehow managed to badly bruise one of my legs in the process. This was by far the worst salon experience I've ever had. The only good and redeeming thing I can say is that when I got my eyebrows done here, they were done well and for that I'll return, but never again for waxing.

I found them great until I forgot my appointment time. At the time I had paid a deposit. When I rang back and asked to move to to another date they said no problem. As a former beautician by trade i visited last week for a polish and found the salon to be dirty.. wax pot and area around it dirty.. floors, nail tables and utensils..all dirty.. shame because they do nice nails and good work in fairness - really needs to scrub up though.. high risk for cross contamination! Some eyebrow training may also be an idea. And less rough filing and grazed sore cuticles! Hygiene is crucial when using same equipment on numerous people! I personally wouldnt go back.

Had my nails done here. I found it took too long (2 hours) it was painful at time and still is now. Although I like my nails (bar the pain at the moment) I don't think I would return as the woman doing my nails was rough and quite rude. Other staff seemed lovely though.

Absolutely horrendous service. Went to get my legs waxed and was told to sit on a chair while the lady did it. Then another woman came in for waxing and was told there were beds upstairs for waxing, which is something I was not told. Not only was it extremely uncomfortable, she missed large parts of obvious hair and somehow managed to badly bruise one of my legs in the process. This was by far the worst salon experience I've ever had. The only good and redeeming thing I can say is that when I got my eyebrows done here, they were done well and for that I'll return, but never again for waxing.
