Awful experience. Booked in on a Saturday evening as I had a family party that evening in a nearby hotel. I was told that the lady doing my hair was running behind. Assumed it would mean a 5-10 minute wait. 40 minutes later, I was finally approached at which time it was way too late so I said I’d have to leave it. I probably wouldn’t even have bothered with a bad review if it weren’t for the blasé attitude of the staff. I got a half hearted insincere apology. They were more concerned with knocking off for the day than providing any kind of customer service. Won’t be recommending and won’t be returning.

Had a wedding on Friday and found this place online. Booked myself in for upstyle and make -up. I don’t know the ladies names who dealt with me but was so happy with both. Make up was amazing , I wouldn’t wear very heavy make up and the lady gave me exactly what I wanted. As for my hair, got so many compliments on it, I had the added bonus if having a wedding the next day to which when I took the upstyle down my curls where still fab and in tack thanks to your staffs amazing skill and doing what I wanted. So many people from out wedding party used this salon and every single one of them where delighted with the service. I’d deffo be back if I’m ever in Salthill again.

I'm from the states (Boston, MA) and needed my hair done for a wedding in Galway. I researched online and chose the place closest to our hotel. I couldn't have been happier with the way my updo came out. So many compliments at the wedding! The staff at Grafton are all amazing, thank you so much.

Had a SUPER wash and blow dry from Suzie last Saturday. I was one member of a party of 5. All the salon staff were so friendly and I really admired the way they looked after their regular clients too. Suzie was so attentive and I got a FANTASTIC wash which was an excellent Indian head massage. I was well impressed with my hair and received many compliments. Thanks Suzie.

Had my hair done in an upstyle by Deirdre last week for a wedding, it was well done, when I turned up I spoke to another girl for a few minutes, I then got my make up done downstairs, I found all the girls lovely, friendly and professional I felt at ease straightaway and I felt like I had been coming here for yrs. Well done to the staff, I couldnt fault it. Would definitely call again to get something done the next time I'm in salthill!! Cheers girls

I've had shellac done in grafton countless times. I've always loved it, everyone I've dealt with has been helpful, friendly and truly professional - making me feel really comfortable. The salon is beautifully decorated and i felt pampered and relaxed after every visit

I brought my little girl in to have her hair trimmed and styled while we we up there visiting. Tina not only cut entirely too much off of my daughter's hair (over 6 inches!), But was very rude and even used profanity in front of my child! I was extremely displeased with the overall experience and would NEVER go back!

I got my hair & make up done at this salon last Thursday, New Years Eve as I was attending a wedding. My make up was a disaster. It was put on in a basement with no natural light & men's Nivena after shave balm was used as a primer.. I was disgusted. The room itself was far from clean also. My hair was somewhat nice

Awful experience. Booked in on a Saturday evening as I had a family party that evening in a nearby hotel. I was told that the lady doing my hair was running behind. Assumed it would mean a 5-10 minute wait. 40 minutes later, I was finally approached at which time it was way too late so I said I’d have to leave it. Had a wedding on Friday and found this place online. Booked myself in for upstyle and make -up. I don’t know the ladies names who dealt with me but was so happy with both.
