My appointment was for 7 O'clock to get my nails done yesterday evening. One of the girls that work there said to me ' is it not 7.30' and I said no I made my appointment for 7 O'clock, so she asked if I could wait 15mins, because one of the girls was delayed. I said yes no problem. I wasn't seeing till 7.30!! Which meant I waited hour an hour. Then for my nails to be all bandy, not one of them straight! and half of the Jel put on each nail, it was like they were afraid to use it!! Wouldn't recommend this place at all!! Read Less

Was introduced to Body Talk 8 yrs ago when I received a gift token for a Birthday and continued to visit up until last yr. I was always happy with the service when I visited the original premises beside post office. I visited the other one upstairs in the Square only after that one closed down and certainly was not happy with the service or tiny premises. I was left waiting for about 15 mins after my appointment time while other people walked straight by and were seen to. I reminded the staff member that I was still sitting waiting and she was not in too much of a hurry to rectify it.That's the last time I visited and will now request Gift Tokens for Ross Adams from friends and family instead. What a shame because when I went to the one downstairs it was so different. Got my gel nails done here. 8 fell off in the first week. They repaired the first few for free then I had to start paying €5 per nail. Even the ones they repaired start falling off after a few days. Extremely disappointing. I won't be going back, and it's such a pity because all the girls there are so so lovely! Read Less

I made an appointment I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was asked to come back in 5 minutes when I returned at the time of my appointment I was then told a woman had come in before me so I could come back in 30 minutes. I pointed out that I had an appointment at this time and the woman just shrugged and said come back in 30 minutes. Most unprofessional not even an apology!
