Shockingly unprofessional manager, which has no clue what customer service is! The worst experience I ever had in a nail salon!
2 days after having my nails done with poor quality nail gel products in Sugar Dolls Pavilions, my nails looked awful! I went back there to ask the girls to redo my nails. The manager that I had to deal with (Cristina) had such an arrogant attitude that left me disgusted!!! I left without having my nails fixed and she had the guts to shout after me! Certainly would not recommend to anyone this place!!!!Awful!!!!

Git voucher gift fir pavilions branch which I don't shop in. No location listed on store card so arrived out at 11.55 for noon appointment. Asked a shopper and was sent upstairs couldn't find store then spotted booth in the middle of the center. Hurried down 12.10 was told no way mails could be done so I was too late. Explained no had been directed upstairs as there was no location on the store card. Told no way nails being done today. Complete waste of a 40 min journey. Won't be going back. I returned the voucher.

Great nail bar. They do normal polish and gels. I got a French polish from Michaela and it was really good. I'd recommend.

Shockingly unprofessional manager, which has no clue what customer service is! The worst experience I ever had in a nail salon!
2 days after having my nails done with poor quality nail gel products in Sugar Dolls Pavilions, my nails looked awful! I went back there to ask the girls to redo my nails. Git voucher gift fir pavilions branch which I don't shop in. No location listed on store card so arrived out at 11.55 for noon appointment.
