What can I say, Absolutely love this place. Staff and atmosphere is amazing and the new decor only enhances the experience of being pampered, and was I pampered from the min I walked in the door the staff were so friendly, chatty and always making sure all my needs were tended to, the new decor is predominantly white and grey giving a light spacious calm surrounding with a feeling of almost clinical cleanliness, the end result of my treatment, shellac, was beautiful and lasted longer then 4 weeks with no chipping, have to say they are pro's, will definitely be coming back, looking forward to my next visit alreadyRead Less

My go to place in Dublin for my nails and beauty treatments. The girls are fab, especially Joanne we always have a laugh :) and I'm always so happy with my treatments when I leave. It's a beauty Salon which I expect to be nice, warm and comfortable, instead is very cold and absolutely filthy; mirrors with marks, sticky dust everywhere, over the products ( nail polish, make), there is a little coffee machine with sticky coffee,supposedly clean cups but sticky instead all siting over a table with coffee stains. Upstairs, all white machines with stains from not cleaning them regularly giving the impression of getting an infection from using them, windows never cleaned, spider webs everywhere, brushes disgusting, toilet is very dirty with hair, filth and stinks. chairs are peeling, tables where you lean your hands on to get your nails done are sticky dusty, towels that look used and gross. There was no way I could look at that wasn't dirty, I didn't want to lean my jacket anywhere, I was sitting at the edge of the chair very uncomfortable to avoid touching anything and dirt my clothes. A clean business is the minimum a business have to have for starters to give a standard good image and this place seemed nice from outside but horrible from inside. Really love this salon and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. I had a really bad experience at another salon at the weekend, had a really shoddy shellac manicure and pedicure and went to Nu u to get it sorted and they were incredible. Monica is fabulous at shellac. She's really professional and easy to chat to. And the prices were really good value. Think this will be my regular salon from now on. Read Less

Went here twice for a shellac manicure. First time I paid and the second time I had been given a voucher! I was not happy either time. On the first occasion the shellac chipped after 2 days. The last experience was worse My tips chipped about 3 hours after leaving the salon! I called to complain and they did not deal with it very well. They just removed the tips off the few that had chipped and did a shabby job or reapplying new tips that also chipped the next day. They never even apologised for the bad shellac manicure!! I would have expected any good salon to actually redo both your hands! But no not that case!I would never return here. Read Less

Don't let the website or low prices put you off... this place is not cluttered or tacky! I went because I had bought a deal voucher online, when I looked at the website I immediately regretted my decision as the treatments were very cheap and there were hot pink debs specials screaming off the page.What I arrived to was a cosy professional salon using and selling all the usual lovelies- OPI, dermalogica etc. The equipment was all brand new and modern, including my favourite- the heated treatment bed! Wowee. Even though I had a voucher there was no scrimping on the treatments. I find some places try cut corners on these deals.The girl who looked after me was really friendly, she gave some helpful info about the area as the place is quite tricky to find. There was no awkward sales pitch or snide comments encouraging me to buy something I don't need. I will definitely be going back as I know now the low prices are good value, not low standards!
