Awful service. Paid €50 to get my nails done before Christmas, less than a week, 2 had cracked and fallen off with the others following. I returned to show them the nails and was told I'd have to pay to redo the poor job. Poor quality varnishes and adhesives. Much better options available elsewhere for your money. Read Less

I would not recommend this place at all. Pay 50 euro for gel nails for them to lift less than a week later when u go back they want to charge you another 40 to fix them. The owner is extremely rude. She just laughs at you and she said she doesn't care she's got enough business..she doesn't value her customers at all. Just wants the money couldn't care less about the service she is providing. You are also left waiting ages even though u make am appointment. Alot better nail technicians around and alot nicer girls to deal with then the girl who runs this place. Read Less

Just had an appointment there today, the service is a joke! First of all I was wrongly told my appointment was made for half 7 when I rang the day before to confirm my appointment. Came back a half hour later and was left waiting 45mins for someone to start my nails aswell as this the staff were externally unprofessional and one was not fully trained as she had to be told that she forgot to do a top coat. It took 3 different girls to do one set of nails. Finally finished my nails at 20 to 10 to not even receive an apology off them, I would 100% not recommend that place and there is much better nail techniques with better customer service in the area. Got a mini mani and pedi before going on holidays last week. Would have done a better job myself. Toes weren't too bad but my fingernails were ruined. The girl filed them right down so short you could actually see the top of my fingers. To be honest I wasn't paying any attention to her as I was choosing colours at the time so I accept that it was partly my own fault. However, you have to trust that the person knows what they are doing to a certain extent anyway. Know, only a week later my cuticles are growing back raggedy and uneven. I'm usually quite good for speaking up at the time but figured the damage had been done. I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend this salon to my worst enemy. Read Less

I have been coming to rainbow for the past year and a half to get a shellac every 3 weeks and I can't fault the girls on that at all.. they always do a fantastic job and I'm always extremely happy with my nails.. unfortunately today they have lost me as a customer due to their poor customer service. The salon is in dire need of a receptionist and sandy really needs to listen to what her customers are asking for. Being told on the phone to come down right away for a eyebrow wax when I said "I'll take the 5pm slot you've just offered me for the threading " repeatedly is pretty annoying when you arrive to be told sorry can't see you , you said it was a wax. Went for a holiday bikini wax, and brought a friend who asked for a Brazilian, but was given a Hollywood wax. The girl doing my wax missed spots of hair, and was double dipping throughout the whole thing. My friend went in straight after me, the wax wasn't changed and again, the girl double dipped into it. The most disgusting part was that my friend's wax drew blood, which ended up on the wax stick and was put back into the pot. Absolutely horrible experience in this salon. Was booked in to get acrylics 2 weeks ago (which would usually last me 3-4 weeks). I got the acrylics done and was satisfied enough, the technician was chatty but it was clear she didn't know what she was doing as she was asking another employee if she was meant to put one thing on before a different thing. I brushed my concerns off as I was excited to get my nails done. The next day I noticed the uneven sides and the bumps along the surface of each nail. The edges began to get very rough and started catching on my clothes etc. The diamonds (which they charged me a euro each for) fell off on day 8 then one nail completely came off on day 9. The nails weren't good quality and the customer service was deplorable. When I rang them they told me to come into the salon, when I did they were very stand offish and told me I needed refills for the same price I paid to originally get them done. They refused to give me a refund and were going to charge me €9 to fix the nail. Was really hopeful when I first went, now I'm just really disappointed. Read Less
