I thought I would treat myself paying slightly more than your average brand mascara and found it dry and I had to do at least 3 coats to see any improvement. I had a Red Letter Day voucher as a Birthday present. Travelled into London to have it today and it was a really bad experience from start to finish. A long wait when I arrived because nobody seemed to know why I was there even though I had booked an appointment, and received both an email and text message confirming it. Told to sit down and someone tried to sell me products. Finally bought a glass of prosecco (not champagne as stated on my voucher) in a grubby plastic fl...ute. An eyebrow wax which made me bleed and has left me with a scab which I was told will leave a scar if I pick it. An eyebrow tint that is far too dark (I am a natural blonde & now have comedy eyebrows.) A makeover which you can barely see...No visible blusher, hardly there eyeshadow and when she told me she had finished I had to ask her to put some eyeliner on, because she hadn’t used any, to which she replied ‘It will make your eyes look smaller’ (?!) She then applied a tiny amount under my eyes on the waterline. When she asked me what I wanted at the start I said dramatic eyes..! At this point she said anything else I can help you with. I said yes my voucher says I can buy £40 worth of products. She hovered over me while I looked at a mascara and then walked off! I was hoping for some assistance here. Throughout the whole experience as other reviewers have said I got the feeling that I was being talked about and laughed at, which as a grown woman and a Mother I really do not expect. So my new Bad Gal BANG! mascara arrived yesterday after me waiting for a couple of days in excitement. I put it on this morning, it was easy to apply and looked amazing after a couple of coats! After about 20 minutes I looked in the mirror and I had lots of crusty bits of mascara under my eye and two nice big black blobs above my eyelids. I spent all day today removing the black blobs from my eyes and now I have no foundation left above my eyes and I look like a panda!! Such a shame because I was so excited for this! I'm going to try again tomorrow with just one coat and see if the same thing happens!Read Less

I waited over the 7 working days and had nothing so I sent 2 messages from your website and had no response. When I phoned up on 9th I was told it was on its way and wait till Monday. I happily waited. Monday arrived and still no make up, I phoned again. After being ...told they needed to investigate my order the lady kindly said she'll get another order in the post to me. Brilliant!! No, 5days later and iv still not received my order, making it a 21 day wait for something that should of taken 7days. I think it's bad service from yourselves, especially not offering to post my order out next day delivery at my first phone call as I'd been waiting 14days then. She came back and showed me a big fat brush. I said that wasn't the brush I've just looked at. She looked at me in horror that I had opened it and questioned me twice if I had opened. As a customer, I really did not appreciate being treated like a school child so I walked out in the end. What she showed me wasn't the right brush anyway so just as well I had checked.
