It was a busy day but all the staff were so kind and extremely accommodating and served all our food within 15 minutes... And the food was super delicious. The Rusty Nail is my ideal of a great country pub, i.e it's in the middle of nowhere and serves beer! But it does much more - a food menu that should please most; friendly, professional staff; classy, traditional decor; a pool table; and live music sessions (both trad and pop/rock).
Another word about the food - the menu is reasonably priced in Euro terms but for those from the UK it might seem a bit pricey given the current exchange rate. That said, the grub is gorgeous so treat yourself!
If you find yourself in this corner of Ireland give it a go because there's nowhere else close that will better it. Read Less

Pretty good - but I suggest you reserve a table if you want food. They are not great at dealing with walk-ins.
