I went in and asked for a fill and a pedicure, the lady sat me down and begin working on my feet, when my feet were finished another woman I'm guessing the owner comes in and ask me what service I wanted, I told her I was waiting for a fill, she then Told me she is not sure they will be able to do my nails because of the powder/shellac that was on my nails prior, she then said "I know we are expensive" (as if I didn't request for the services) then she got frustrated with me ...asking questions about the shellac/powder they use and said "it's fine you don't have an appointment do you want to get your nails done or no ? In my head I'm like wow how rude then another lady hears what's going on and says to the owner "you are rude and I've seen you be rude to people over and over again I will not be returning to this nail salon". Very poor experience. I have to say started fantastic, but after leaving saw my nails were all bubbly. Came back and told her about it, at the beginning she said she couldn't see any bubbles, and after insisting she said she could see and told me I had to wait till next lady was done for her to redo them. After waiting she was not very happy and asked if she had to do all of them. Ideally yes, all of them had to be redone as had bubbles,but she did only the most obvious ones. After doing it I asked if it was safe to go and she said well I'm done now, as she wanted to leave,so if you don't touch anything should be ok( like I wanted to be there getting my nails done again) So by the time I have gotten home the nails are bubbly again. New to Houston so I had to bring my 4 month old baby. They were great with her and one lady played with her to keep her quiet while the other did my nails. $18 for a full and only took about 30 mins. I went in for a polish change on my toes and for a full on my nails. I was over charged $12 for my services. Once I got home I noticed the high price I paid and I called to speak with the desk person who confirmed that I was overcharged and that it would be easier for him to give me a credit instead of reversing the charges. I agreed to the credit. Three weeks went by with my trying to book an appointment with TT who was very busy during the holidays. I Called to request that... my credit be made to cash so that I can pick it up and use it elsewhere. The desk person was extremely rude and said my credit was only $10 and not $12. He got loud with me and said that I can't call the same day and expect TT to do my nails which I did not. He rudely said "just come in tomorrow" be hung up in my face. Terrible customer service! Good value, great staying power - 50 euro for a proper mani and pedi, including a regular polish that is still looking good 7 days on. Got the pale pastel look perfect for me which can be a tough one to pull off. Comfy cosy little salon with a very friendly and pleasant beautician. If you are looking for a nail salon, Pink Nail Lounge is the place to go!! I went there over the weekend for a full set and pedicure. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and offered a drink. Nam did my nails and did a great job!! I recommend him! The place is clean and well kept. The staff is nice, professional and organized..
