I had received a gift voucher for a facial for Body Beautiful and it was a really lovely experience and something I hope to do every few months. The beautician who looked after me was Evelyn, she was very nice and informative about my skin and on my departure she gave me a Skin Fitness Plan which listed some items that would be beneficial to me. Today my skin feels really smooth and as I get older, I am more interested in understanding my skin and pampering it a little bit more. I had a great experience here! This was my first time at Palace Nails Bar and it was excellent. Paul gave me a pedicure, and Katie did my shellac. They were both professional and did a fantastic job. This place is amazing! You gotta try it! You'll love it!! I've been going for several months now. This time I got purple & gold nails. Well after filing the purple ones silver glitter showed up which I really didn't notice till the next day. So I messaged them about getting them fixed. Sadly disappointed. I had a full set white tip and pedicure. The man who did my full set was sloppy. I had one nail that he apoligized over bc he messed up the white powder. My pinky nails were different sizes and one nail was misshapen. I said everything was fine even though I noticed the different sized nails. Although when I left I regretted it because I paid a total of $85 for the services. I also tipped 20%. So I went somewhere else and had them fixed. I didn't even want to go back. I drove from Tomball bc I had seen the reviews and thought it would be worth the trip. I was wrong. I will say the people were friendly though. Yet that doesn't negate shotty work. I will say it was a very nice place, super friendly staff. I went Saturday. It hasn't even been a full week yet and nails look bad. I got shellac and there is bubbles all in my nails. My pedi is also chipping. I paid 75 bucks and disappointed that its not lasting. Again super friendly staff but I did kinda feel like maybe it was rushed and that's why my pedi and mani isn't lasting. I went in today and the corrected the problem. Deciding Between 4 and 5 stars is difficult. I would say it's 5 stars for The Woodlands area, but 4 stars for the Houston and surrounding area. It is by far the best that I have found in this area. I have been every 2 weeks for the last month and a 1/2. The 1st time was excellent. The 2nd time, my nails were lifting the very next day. The 3rd time, though I had an appointment, it was completely overcrowded and they were more than 25 minutes late for my appointment, but the quality seems to be much better. I can see the salon having to take on more space very soon to keep up with demand. I have sent friends here, and they were very pleased. The staff is very friendly, the drinks, though limited, are very good, and the fruit is a very refreshing addition. I will definitely be back. Read Less

I popped in the week before Christmas, I went have gel nail varnish ( beautiful red glitter for the week that was in it) . First off girls are fab I called on the fri morning and they not only managed to squeeze me in but gave me advice on how long I would need a babysitter ! I also tried out the oxygen pod whilst there and have to say it was amazing . I have recently had a baby where i suffered spd and also have arthritis and all my aches and pains where gone after just half an hour I felt like i had spent the day at a spa so a perfect treatment for a new busy mummy !! The team here did my make up for myself, 3 bridesmaids and mum on day of my wedding and it was just brilliant. They were so welcoming and we had our own room decorated so it was really special. I had also been getting facials here for last few months which were always excellent. We also got tans and nails done for the wedding also. I can't recommend them enough every member of staff have always been so pleasant, friendly, helpful and just generally interested in the individual. I would recommend Body Beautiful for any event and will certainly be continuing to use their services in the future. Had a medium spray tan last Thursday my first time at the salon and staff were very welcoming. On leaving Ruth who did my tan said to ring the next day to let her know how it turned out! After showering on Friday the whole thing ran down the drain was left with patches of light tan in places, it was a disaster!! Rang Ruth and told her she said she get manager to ring me on sat today is wed and I'm still waiting on a call. I'm very disappointed that tan didn't work out but even more so that my call has been ignored. I won't be getting tan done here again!!! Read Less
