I will not return. The pedicures are subpar but the location kept me coming back. Today I specifically told them I needed my shellac to match my toes exactly. They said they had perfect matches and showed me what I could choose from. I chose a color.....they tried talking me out of it and to pick something similar but was more pastel. I said I want a perfect match.......if that color doesn’t work.....I’ll pick a different one.....no problem. So.....I picked another color...... was told they had a perfect match......and to my dismay they didn’t. I explained to them my frustration when I checked out and paid and they offered no help. This is the second time this has happened. I will not be coming back. A 5-20 min drive to another nail salon is worth it to me. Read Less

I've been coming here for quite sometime and I will say the pedicures are great. However, fulls sets and customer service are not up to par. After giving multiple CHANCES, because of the convenience of the location, I will no longer return. 3 different full sets, from different multiple visits and different technicians, I'm not satisfied with the $35-$40 job. Aweful job! Don't go there! The girl who did my nails is the daughter of the owner and clearly she didn't want to be there! She did an aweful job, my nails looks horrible and she wasn't nice at all... I got a shellac mani pedi, expensive stuff... all good until it started chipping before a week passed. Couldn't make it back in until the next Monday (yesterday) & they told me I could come back today, so I did... just to be told they wouldn't help me because it's been past 7 days. Wow. There goes $120 for a mani pedi & eyebrow wax. I'll never return & will never refer anyone there. Horrible service. Read Less

Worst nails I have ever gotten, the shellac bubbled and she missed parts. Dont think the girl was trained to be honest. Spoke with the owner and he 'didnt see any issue' but I could pop back and she would sort out the end' which you cannot do with shellac. Rediculous!!! Read Less

Simply put, I loved it. The pedicure was fabulous with a massage and hot rocks and other heat treatments along with a salt scrub. Very sanitary conditions with individual hot wax and plastic lined water reservoirs. The staff was helpful and willing to explain to someone who hadn't been in a salon in years all of the new techniques. I'll be going back. Read Less

I had my nails done on Thursday. I use the powder dip nails. Saturday one of my nails came off and I went back and they fixed the one nail with no charge. I was grateful for that however Sunday a different nail fell off. I was hoping they would last at least a week and do not want to have to return to get another nail fixed. Read Less

Beware: Went in today in t-shirt and jeans, waited 20 mins for pedi when a nice dressed couple walked in and asked how long for pedi. He took them to the chairs right away, as I was still waiting. So I waited another 5 minutes to see if he would seat me. It didn't happen so I put up my polish, walked out and will never return. Read Less

I recently relocated to this area and needed to find that special place that would tame my brows, extend my lashes and make me feel relaxed during my mani/pedis. The added bonus is the variety of services and discounts available with complimentary beverages. This was my second visit and so far everyone that has assisted me has been very nice and professional. Got my nails done this week. 48 hours later I had to go to a salon to have them removed. It took 1 hour for the technician to remove shellac. They chipped within hours of leaving. Technician said they had used base for gel nails under shellac so was extremely difficult to remove. My nails are destroyed. She had to file off layer of my nail. Some nails the shellac was so thick it came off entire parts of my nail within 24 hours. Products used are old cheap and dirty. Never heard of the brand. Do not get your nails done here. If 0 out of 5 was an option I'd have put that. Read Less
