Tried to book appointment for waxing asked for a morning appointment,I know it’s a busy time of year, could only give me one option 12.55, this didn’t suit me, receptionist couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough, no offer of another time or day. Customer service zero star if I could , I will take my business somewhere else.😕

Booked two appointments first waxing which was very good, and then I was booked in for a curly blow dry. The Hairdresser said she didn’t do that style. I said fine, straight will do but it did not turn out well. She started to use the straightener and nearly hit me in the face with it! Not a relaxing experience and not a professional finish. It was my first experience with city wax and I don’t think I would return based on that.

Amazing experience. I was put off going there because it was outside of the city but oh my god was it worth the trip. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome. My therapist was the second to none, she made me feel so comfortable through my waxing. And my eyelashes look amazing and the wax was pain free! I would recommend to anybody second guessing to book an appointment straight away, you will NOT be disappointed.

Got my make up done with CityWax this weekend for the Cork Rose of Tralee selection & I loved it. The staff were all so welcoming & Zoe was so efficient in organising a time that best suited me. My make up was flawless all night & remained picture perfect until the early hours! Thanks again all at CityWax, I'll be back!

I recently attended Citywax. ...such a great experience. It was an early appointment ..8 am..but the welcome and smiles I encountered from all the staff brightened up my morning. Chrissy did a beautiful job with my hair and listened to exactly what I wanted. I then had my make up done by Chloe. So so happy with the results and every step of the way Chloe ensured I was happy with the result. Chloe made me feel as if the result was as important to her as it was to me! She put me at ease and I felt so comfortable . I had many compliments at the wedding I attended later in the day. Thank you Citywax and special thanks to Chrissy and Chloe. I will be returning . Cannot recommend highly enough :)

Hello! I wanted to leave a little review as this morning was My first time at city wax and I loved it! Chrissy was my therapist and she made me feel so comfortable during my bikini wax. She is amazing!!! The waxing took less than half an hour and Chrissy was so professional and pleasant. The Lycon wax that was used is a game changer. It didn't hurt one bit. The premises was gorgeous and the girls on reception when I arrived were lovely and very welcoming! If I could give more stars, I would! I can't wait to go back and get more treatments done!! Melanie

Tried to book appointment for waxing asked for a morning appointment,I know it’s a busy time of year, could only give me one option 12.55, this didn’t suit me, receptionist couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough, no offer of another time or day. Customer service zero star if I could , I will take my business somewhere else.😕

Booked two appointments first waxing which was very good, and then I was booked in for a curly blow dry. The Hairdresser said she didn’t do that style. I said fine, straight will do but it did not turn out well. She started to use the straightener and nearly hit me in the face with it! Not a relaxing experience and not a professional finish. It was my first experience with city wax and I don’t think I would return based on that.

Amazing experience. I was put off going there because it was outside of the city but oh my god was it worth the trip. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome. My therapist was the second to none, she made me feel so comfortable through my waxing. And my eyelashes look amazing and the wax was pain free! I recently attended Citywax. ...such a great experience. It was an early appointment ..8 am..but the welcome and smiles I encountered from all the staff brightened up my morning. Chrissy did a beautiful job with my hair and listened to exactly what I wanted. I then had my make up done by Chloe. So so happy with the results and every step of the way Chloe ensured I was happy with the result. Chloe made me feel as if the result was as important to her as it was to me! Hello! I wanted to leave a little review as this morning was My first time at city wax and I loved it! Chrissy was my therapist and she made me feel so comfortable during my bikini wax.
