Love the customer service at New York Nails! I got a lovely pedicure from Debbie this morning and her level of skill and attention to detail was just brilliant. I also really loved the deep massage that the pedicure chair gave me - I left the place feeling so zen!

As always, my experience today in New York Nails was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a hand massage at the end of my gellish application, which is flawless. I was also very impressed with the attention to detail given by both my technician and the technician next to me, as due to the heat, application was a little trickier. I was so delighted to hear the staff problem solve so as to ensure the customers received the BEST results! Thanks as always!

I have been going to New York Nails for a while now and I can never fault the service, the girls are so friendly and always make sure you are comfortable and happy. The salon is fab, bright and airy with six top notch American pedicure chairs, they always have so many different nail colours to choose from and my overall experience after having full sets of gel nails, monthly refills and The full uptown toe treatment pedicure in such a relaxed environment, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much to all at NYN.

Excellent salon. Very happy with my gel extensions by Vicky. Very friendly and pleasant staff, from Mia at reception, Vicky who did my nails so beautifully and Kelly who did everything she could to get me an appointment at short notice 🙂👍🏻 couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Very professional.

I always have a great experience when I get my nails done here. Best American-style nail salon in Cork. The nail techs are very professional and do a great job, plus the atmosphere is lovely. I also love the massage pedicure chairs: its like being in the US. Highly recommended!

I recently started going to New York Nails and my gelish has never been better! It looks better and lasts longer than it has before. Jessica did my nails today and I am delighted with them. So professional and she did a fantastic job. It’s a lovely salon, great prices, free parking & a cup of coffee while you’re getting your nails done. Just fab!

My experience was not great. The staff are are unfriendly and abrupt. I had booked a manicure abd pedicure special online. Didn't realise that had to book taking off shellac separately also from my hands. Staff gave out about that. Shellac was not taken off properly. Still could see the ridges underneath the new polish. Even though I was charged for taking it off. There's no massage or moisturising with the manicure. Wasn't warned that the nails will only be touch dry after the nail dryer. Hence smudged the nails taking out my credit card wgen paying. The girl did notice but didbt care abd just said bye. Very cold service.
Plenty of nail bars in cork with better service. Will not be returning.

I have been going to New York Nails for a while now and I can never fault the service, the girls are so friendly and always make sure you are comfortable and happy. My experience was not great. The staff are are unfriendly and abrupt. I had booked a manicure abd pedicure special online. Didn't realise that had to book taking off shellac separately also from my hands. Staff gave out about that. Shellac was not taken off properly. Still could see the ridges underneath the new polish.
