I went there to have a treatment in my hair. I didn’t book a blow dry because I’m trying to reduce the damage in my hair and also because it’s summer and I love my curly hair. The lady in the reception pointed out that I had not booked a blow dry and then she said “so you’re just gonna walk away with wet hair” as it was the craziest thing in the world. I explained my reasons and asked why it was such a “crazy” idea or if it was essential for the treatment. She said it never happened before and then she said it was their policy. I just got my hair done here (wash, cut and blow-dry). I never write reviews but I had to today because I am so disappointed with the customer service I received, or rather the lack thereof. I never felt so uncomfortable in a hair salon before. The lady who did my hair was young, had blonde hair and came across quite rude. She greeted me by saying 'y'alright there?' as though I was an inconvenience to her. My hair was tugged at and brushed through so roughly that it was actually quite painful and I was left thinking... I'm paying her to do that to my hair? The whole thing felt very rushed. There was no attempt to make any conversation during the cut and my hair wasn't straight when it was 'finished' so I had to ask her again for it to be straightened. The lady didn't seem interested at all in offering a professional service and although I hadn't been there in a while, I will definitely not go back after today. The wash cut and blow dry cost €48, which I didn't mind paying at all upon entering the salon as I hadn't had my hair done in a few months and I thought I would treat myself but to be honest I left feeling robbed. The poor haircut and styling aside, it isn't difficult to be polite or friendly. Businesses should remember that negative word-of-mouth travels far. Read Less
