Went twice, won’t be back. The first time it took 3hrs for a set of nails and acrylic on my toes.....no pedicure just color. I wear my nails long so asked them to be done thicker to prevent breaking...the back and forth with the girl about it was exhausting. Went back two weeks later for a fill and repair of two broken nails. (With a picture of exactly what I wanted done). There was literally a 20 minute conversation between 4 employees about what I wanted. I finally had to say, just use the colors in the picture! (Only two colors, not complicated) Again the girl refused to do them thicker to prevent breaking. Then argued with me about how I didn’t get my toes done there two weeks before... I don't usually do reviews and have had good experiences here in the past. My pedicure was fine, but I witnessed the rudest behavior to another customer. As a result, I can't go back. The customer wanted one nail fixed because it pulled her hair out every time she ran her fingers through it, and the technician made a huge deal out of why she hadn't called or been back sooner. And by big deal, this went in a good 20 minutes. All I could think was something to the effect of, Uhh, did you miss Hurricane Harvey or what? Just fix her nail and move on with life instead of making everyone else's experience awkward and uncomfortable. Read Less

This is the ONLY nail place I've ever been to that my acrylics have lasted more than 2 weeks. They use quality products and with my full set, I could probably get a month's wear out of them if I wanted. Love this place and will only be using them from here on out! Read Less

Very impressed. Annie showed a lot of knowledge about her products and the process. She took the time to review my different options and what would work best for me. Theresa was a doll doing my pedicure and so patient with all my fidgeting in the chair. Keeping still is not a virtue I have. Speaking of the chairs.....OMGOSH!! Simply amazing. I came here for the first time since I work next door. Great atmosphere, everyone is extremely nice. Anne did my nails and I love them so much! Never tried dip in powder before but would definitely suggest it! Very natural look to nails. Definitely coming back Read Less
