I've been going here for over a year now. For the exception of one time where I wasn't pleased with my polish, I love coming here. They could have addressed the polish issue, but I had a trip and didn't have time to go back. I have my fave techs and when Ben left I started going to Peter. I've always loved Charlie's and normally went there however I just went yesterday it was around 1230 because I had made an apt for then ahead of time, so I got there 10 min early and soon as I got there I was greeted by the receptionist and said I had an apt with Sam for 1230 and said what I wanted and showed her the picture, a few min later I was asked if I could switch to someone else because Sam was on a client and wouldn't be done by 130 I was a little upset because I wanted him since my friend had recommended him, so I had peter instead and to cut the story short I was not happy with his job so he had to re due my nails because what I asked for looked horrible at first so I was there 2 hours and eventually left happy with my nails but didn't like that the tech who I wanted couldn't take me and I had to get someone I did not know. I have been going to this shop off and on since it opened, but Charlie had been doing my nails before this location. Then I started to watch Ben, OMG. This is the second time Ben has done my nails but he's amazing. The first time my nails lasted 3 and half weeks. I just allow him to use his talent and he's definitely talented. I went to get my nails done for my daughter's wedding a day ahead of time. My youngest daughter and I both got French manicures. Neither one of the ladies who did our nails did a correct French manicure. Both did sloppy jobs . My polish was coming off before the wedding early Saturday morning. I was very frustrated and will not be back. I went to the Galleria Spa and got the same manicure for the same price except way better application. At the spa they even applied a hard top coat and the polish is lasting a much longer time. Not to mention they look very small children run around being of obnoxious. Not quite the relaxing atmosphere. Don't waste your money at this place. Read Less

The best service ever. I've never had my nails look so great. The entire team is fantastic! I had the opportunity to have Charlie, he does amazing work! I was so pampered, they kept me smiling the entire time. They even served me a latte while getting my nails done. The salon is beautiful and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Kept hearing about how great charlies was so I decided to try it out. I now know why everyone loves it, the entire staff was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. By far the best customer service I've ever had in a nail salon!
