Made a hair appointment to get blonde foils in my hair, and the guy that did my hair ended up bleaching my whole head, then didn't properly tone it. When I left the salon I wasn't in love with the colour, and then I went to put my hair in a ponytail and noticed yellow patches all over, throughout my hair. I paid $275 and it looks like a 5 year old did my hair.

Contessa is amazing and attentive with her hot shaves. Men, make sure you include this into any sort of important event or even just to feel good. Great job Contessa!

So happy with Contessa Brules work on my hair. The blue is vibrant as I could hope for and the rainbow looks fabulous. totally a great atmosphere in this salon. I do hope to return for regular upkeep....

My daughter and I were on a "girls trip" to Whitehorse and spent part of our afternoon being pampered by Devon & Contessa. We both had colour / highlights done and our stylists did an amazing job. I have been to Color Bar many times and the service is always first class. The atmosphere is chic yet comfortable. A relaxing "holiday" away from my hectic day to day routine.

I've gone a few times and I am EXTREMELY picky about the quality of my hair cuts. I have a very short hair cut and Amanda was amazing - she knew her stuff. They've never disappointed. Thank you.

Very poor service. I once loved the way I was treated at this salon and chose to pay more for the full package, but wow has the business changed. Inconsistent cut and color, rude, arguementative, not customer first, not relaxing as the word "resort" may have you believe, the staff is too young and needs more experience listening to and understanding others. I would give this place no stars and hopefully they will work hard to earn them back. So far not so good. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I've been back in the big city now for 2 years worth of touch ups and I STILL can't find a stylist even remotely as talented as the lovely Devon. Not only unmatched in her skill as a colorist Devon is naturally creative and always ahead of the game as far as understanding fashion and trend. As if this wasn't enough to make you appreciate what a star you have access to, Devon also gave me the best cuts of my life and great makeup advice. She was always warm and interesting and I really looked forward to my time with her at the Salon. Thank your stars Whitehorse, Devon is irreplaceable and you are so lucky to have her.

I have been going to Color bar for some time now. I love the staff and atmosphere. Today Steph worked her magic and I have never felt so good after getting my hair done! She has an amazing gift and is so knowledgable. My new cut feels amazing! I definitely recommend this place!!

Made a hair appointment to get blonde foils in my hair, and the guy that did my hair ended up bleaching my whole head, then didn't properly tone it. When I left the salon I wasn't in love with the colour, and then I went to put my hair in a ponytail and noticed yellow patches all over, throughout my hair. My daughter and I were on a "girls trip" to Whitehorse and spent part of our afternoon being pampered by Devon & Contessa. We both had colour / highlights done and our stylists did an amazing job. I have been to Color Bar many times and the service is always first class. The atmosphere is chic yet comfortable. A relaxing "holiday" away from my hectic day to day routine.

Very poor service. I once loved the way I was treated at this salon and chose to pay more for the full package, but wow has the business changed. I have been going to Color bar for some time now. I love the staff and atmosphere. Today Steph worked her magic and I have never felt so good after getting my hair done! She has an amazing gift and is so knowledgable. My new cut feels amazing! I definitely recommend this place!!
