Went and got gel nails, was told if I got a pedicure it would only be 20$ ,which seemed like a great deal! So I thought I would get gel nails and a pedicure ! The pedicure was alright , the nail art was off but I thought it would be only 20$. As it came time to pay, it all came to about close to a 100$ . I asked why it was so much and the owner had told me, I got pink gel and a pedicure , which totally confused me, because she told I was gonna get a deal. So I had a little dispute with her and she threatened to call the cops, so I paid and NEVER went back! Idk why she did that to me but it was clearly the most hateful thing ever! Read Less

I have horrible feet. When I left my feet felt way better..not only did they remove a lot of the callouses they did not remove so much i couldn't walk the next day. They also have massage chairs. Feet and leg massage only a few minutes. Will be going back for sure. Best place in town. And i have went to a few. Read Less

I've had Acryllics being filled for over 3 years. I know what I need, want, and like-even though sometimes they struggle with understanding what you want color wise (if they run out of the color you select, etc.) - if you come in there & don't ask for something extravagant they do a great job at a very reasonable price in a reasonable & yet not rushed time. They give you water every time you're in there & they try their best to make sure you're happy. My polish always lasts as long as it should and my nails are great. I completely recommend them. Was in there for a gel nail Fill $35 and a pedicure $35. Had 4 nails done with nail art. So my total should have been about $80 I figured. The total was $88 and I tipped an extra $8 for a total of $96. So next time, I'll be clarifying my charges. They did a nice job, just the billing can be a bit surprising. But I'm sure I would pay more at another salon. Just a comment and lesson for myself to ask specifically what each service was charged at the next visit. Read Less

This use to be my go to place for pedicures. The staff are friendly, the price is very affordable and they accept walk ins. But the last 2 visits I was not happy with the outcome. I've had problems with the quality of the nail polish and my big toe is very sore from how they trimmed it. My friend I went with had the same problems plus her heals are still very rough. Went to have my nails done before my baby comes, showed a picture of short pink gel nails with thin gold tips, manicurist said yeah after barely looking at the photo. I chose a color that was close to gold because they didn't have gold but she said gold sparkles would make it more like the picture. My nails ended up being clear with a thick gold sparkle tip, I repeated that I wanted a thin gold line at the tip after the first nail she did and she told me it was photoshopped, wouldn't look good and wouldn't last. Considering that I need to get them redone because gold sparkly bling tips isn't something I find appealing I will not be a return customer and this manicure will be much shorter lived than what I had asked for in the first place... Tulip Nail and Spa was definitely the worst pedicure I've ever had. 1. I still have calloused / rough skin on my feet 2. I still have cuticles (but claimed they would remove them) 3. No foot massage (but claimed they would do that too) 4. Did the whole thing in 20 minutes!! 5. The "soak" was just hot water with jets 6. The ladies could barely speak English and just motioned and grunted at me the whole time. 7. I spent more time under the drying fans than doing the whole pedicure 8. The atmosphere is not soothing, relaxing, or pleasant- florescent lighting in a small room with Dr. Phil on a TV in the background. It might be cheap, but its better to throw in the extra $10-$15 and get the REAL THING. I could do a better job myself. Don't waste your money here. Read Less

This is my go to salon iin Saskatoon. Since arriving here a yr ago, I have visited 4 salons. 2 of them were pretty good & 1 of them was downright horrible, but Tulips has everything I have come to expect over the yrs from a quality salon. They're very friendly, they're pretty fast (without being rushed), reasonably priced & they do quality work. I have not been unhappy with any service I have received here. They never cease to amaze me with their artistic abilities. I always feel welcome when I come in & always leave with a smile. Thank you ladies for helping make a girl feel good about herself.
