Parmount has a  new location complete with comfy recliners and electric fireplaces in many of the rooms. I have been going here for many years and the service is wonderful and all the manicures, pedicures and cut and styles have been excellent. I look forward to every visit! Read Less

It was a below average experience for a spa facility. Service was average and ambiance left quite a bit to be desired. Had hair service which was decent and massage. The massage was way below expectations with way too may hot towels being used throughout the entire massage, the therapist wasted time going back and forth to get hot towels. I also booked a deep tissue massage which was lacking pressure and very poor techniques. Thought I'd give this Spa a try but most likely, I won't be returning. Read Less

My experience at Paramount was not okay. Renee was my stylist and she was very nice and personable but had no idea how to do a pixie cut. I asked her at least twice to fix my bangs and she just wasn't getting it so she sort of swept and tucked them until they looked half decent and I paid up and left, thinking they were good enough and wanting to avoid confrontation. After getting back to my vehicle and running a couple errands my bangs fell back into place and I was actually... embarrassed that I had been in public looking the way I did. I called the salon no more than 30 minutes after I had left and they refused to let me come back to have my bangs fixed. They offered to have Renee fix them the next day and I explained that if she didn't get them right the first 3 times, I didn't think she'd get it the next day either. The salon said I would have to rebook for the next week to have someone else fix my bangs. I was appalled that they could not get me in for a 5 minute fix the same day. I paid $45 for one of the worst haircuts of my life. I had to have a friend re-cut my hair and in the process he even found big chucks of hair tucked behind my ears that Renee failed to cut. I went to Paramount for a pedicure. I paid for an hour but was rushed out of there after 50 minutes. She was 15 minutes late so my appointment was cut short it seems. Pretty disappointed in service. Absolutely no drying time either (or wasn't offered at least). I've had many pedicures (elsewhere around the city) and I am always offered drying time after the appointment in waiting area. I did receive a $10 discount after I expressed my discontent. I won't be recommending Paramount. Read Less

A little old fashioned but clean and calming, this place was full of pleasant and helpful people.  Unfortunately, the spa manicure I had was only so-so and the polish job was awful.  Luckily, I guess, it only lasted about six hours until it was a smudged, gouged up mess.  Holding a knife and fork 6 hours after my appointment did it in.  Hopefully their other services are better but I'll never find out.
