Been going to Lil lys for 2 years for gel nails.. one time I went and got chrome on my nails. Within days it peeled off. When I phoned they said “yea that happens sometimes with Chrome, we will give you 10$ off your next set” total BS I shouldn’t of even had to pay for my next set. And if you don’t know how to use Chrome properally don’t let the girls use it on clients. Then another time I got diamonds on my nails and they didn’t even tell me I’d be charged more for them , then when I went to pay my total was over 70$! I couldn’t believe it. 50 cents per diamond they charged me... when I know a package of those costs like a dollar. Not once did my cuticals ever get pushed back or cut either. They don’t know how to do ombré either. I found a new nail lady who charges me 45$ a fill and I can bike to her house... I’ll never be going back to lil lys and I’m taking about 4 other ladies who have been going there faithfully with me. They are just money hungry and don’t even care about their clients.

Went for a pedi never going back he didn’t even do a good job just scrubbed a little bit than done! I expect my feet to be soft after a pedi I could have applied lotion at home!!! dont go here if that...

A year ago I had my nails done here. It was thick, wavy lines, super ugly. I told the supervisor and she took me back to the esthetician (who barely spoke English) and I had to walk through each nail ...

I told the supervisor and she took me back to the esthetician (who barely spoke English) and I had to walk through each nail to the acceptable standard of how gel nails should be done. If you're paying for a service by a professional, you should expect them to know what the standard is.

We went for pedicures a few days ago and now my sister has a toe infection. Not happy. They better refund her money.

She didn't build my nails thick enough. I asked twice to have them built thicker. Three nails broke while picking up a PAPER bag, and I only got them done 4 days ago.

Love the customer service here! I've had my nails done by almost everyone there an they always say hello when I'm there. Last time I was in Wendy did my nails and they look amazing! I love them!
